We came for churros but found that they don't do these till after 5pm. It was a shame as we were there lunch time. We all had main course items and shared chips. The food was good and excellent value although I didn't like the flavour of my choice. The chips however were some if the best I had tasted for a while. The menu is a good read though.

Service was good and portions were large. Cooking was not over elaborate. I suppose its as close as you re going to get to 'authentic' in Garachico if that means a cafe full of non Spanish speakers kidding themselves.

Masca is a delight in itself, and so is the route to get here. A nice little town perched on a rock within a rocky canyon. It can get very busy though, so plan on being here early, or youâll lose your head trying to find a parking spot. Forget about parking in town, there is a large parking area just outside the center, but it fills up quickly. La Piedra will be one of the first restaurants youâll find when entering the historic cete4. Just beside the church in the little nice plaza. They have a lot of space inside and on the nicely warm terrazza, shaded from the harsh winds of this area.Thatâs where we had lunch. They serve mainly tapas and cheese and ham plates. I suggest you do try the jamon Serrano and goat cheese plate, itâs delicious and it comes with a generous portion of bread. My husband had a ham only plate, and we shared the papas arrugadas with mojo (small baked salted potatoes with two dressings).Their highlight is the hot & cold tapas mix, but we preferred the jamon Serrano. Just be aware it exists, it seemed to be a big seller judging from the tables around us.Food is prepared downstairs, and taken to the higher floor by a food-elevator. Restrooms are also downstairs. As said, the ham and cheese were very good. The potatoes were also good, although not as much as some others I had on the island. They also have a nice selection of cakes, but we were too full to try them. Service was kind and attentive, really appreciated. We spent 24,50â¬Thank you for your comment and hope to see you soon back
A good place to eat a sandwich or an hamburger and to drink a cold beer listening good rock and metal music. Everything in this place is made of stone or wood. It's beautiful. Wednesday we have karaoke with all the songs you want to sing, on saturday we o
This was the luckiest thing ever happened during our holiday in Tenerife! The loveliest staff welcomed us on a late Christmas eve in an awesome pirate themed spot; great food, perfect atmosphere, and the best liquor-after-meal own creation of the owners!(ask about it!!) Definitely recommended! Muchas gracias pra todos :)Thanks for the feedback :) and we are glad to see that you liked our Cafe Pirata :) hope see you again
