Came here for Happy Hour a few weeks ago. Ordered a few drinks and food items off the Happy Hour menu. Everything tasted fine but a few hours afterwards, at 3am, I woke up with abdominal pain and spent the next hour in the bathroom. I would rather not go into details as to what happened in the bathroom but suffice it to say, it was not pleasant.Won't be going back there again, that's for sure.We are sorry to hear that you had a negative experience. Was here with a party of about 15 people for a business dinner. The restaurant is easily accessible from several hotels, the convention centre transit and the underground path.There is a good selection of pub style and other food. I suggest the "bucket of nachos". I don't drink but our party was commending the selection of beer. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable.It was a busy night and service was a bit slow. The high-top chairs were uncomfortable after a while. Overall, there isn't much to complain about and you can't go wrong here for lunch or dinner.

Had a large group which they excellently accommodated. Even set up the tables in an awesome round configuration to make it easy to converse.Handled the large group excellently even with us making it a bit difficult switching spots to chat (Sorry, thank you)Food was fantastic (no surprise) with the prime rib on point! There was one person that was unsatisfied initially but they went over and above to change that.Will be back!

Reservations for 5pm. Everything g was ready when we arrived. Staff were awesome. Appies came out in perfect timings. Drinks were replenished without even asking. Entrees were cooked to perfection. Didnât have time for the creme brûlée as we were hitting Spiderman right after. Never had a bad meal at this Keg. Always come back and always recommend...you can never go wrong.

We picked this place for all the good reviews, but really... not impressed. Service not overly friendly and super slow and the place wasn't even half full. The food took 50min! for a burger and a sandwich!? The food was ok, but nothing to write home about either. Sorry, not for meWow! We're really sorry to hear about this! We visited this chain for the first time while staying at a hotel nearby. The staff were superb. Despite being extremely busy, the welcome hostess said thereâd be a wait; this didnât last long. She was very attentive throughout the wait. Our server, Andi, was great , helping my friend who must be gluten free. Two managers also helped with this request as well. I opted for the fillet mignon. I was cooked superbly. One of the best steaks that I have ever tasted. We also had creme brûlée to follow. A wonderful experience. I would definitely recommend

I was very impressed by this place. Great service. Felt high-end and was in service, quality and selection. Had a nice half-price of wine offer on that night, I was told.Great music in the background though not too loud so you couldnât hear people. Beautiful interior with cool art, fancy bathrooms and comfortable tables/booths.It was a little too dim sometimes to the point where we couldnât read the menus but otherwise fine. Great service and the key lime pie was to die for. William Hill wine was great too.Steak was nice but expected the mushroom steak special to have a bit more flavor. Everybody was happy though. The service here is fantastic. The food is delicious. I have never tried creole food before but for my first taste, this was amazing. So many complex flavours. The veggie combo was incredibly tasty and the tuna poâboy was most excellent! Highly recommend.
