Ordered two fried chicken salads to go. Wife had a concern if they would stay ok until we got home. They were excellent. Simple order and everything looked just fantastic. Best of all they were good, very good. Just couldn't go wrong on this meal.

Came with Framily to eat and celebrate and we were not disappointed. I wanted someplace centrally located and with great seafood and I was thrilled with my choice, They were a bit busy that night and we had some wait time but it was all worth the wait.

After visiting Central 28 brewery we were hungry. The place closes at 10 (I think) and we got there about 9:15. Ordered chicken wings and potato skins, both were good. Sauce on medium wings was tangy but not not spicy.I had a caesar salad with blackened chicken, others had peel and eat shrimp or sandwiches. All were better than average...we didn't see a lot of the outside as it was dark and raining outside, it looked interesting.

This restaurant has been here for along time. The last time we visited we were served cold food. The chicken tenders were cold and tough and I didn't even bother to try and eat them.We rarely eat here anymore because the service and food quality has been steadily declining.Hey, we appreciate you letting us know what you've experienced here, and we're sorry that we let you down. This restaurant is average. The food was okay and the service was adequate. Nothing was outstanding but the icing on the cake was getting a bill with extra charges for condiments which every other restaurant provides gratis. If you would like honey mustard for your burger instead of regular mustard, please don't add another charge to my bill. They essentially charged me the cost for a full bottle of honey mustard at the grocery store when all I was given was a teaspoon serving. Find another way to make up the expense. This screams they do not value my business when they are looking for every possible way to squeeze just a little more cash out of me for an average lunch. Remember this is a low to middle income working class neighborhood place, nothing fancy.

Wife and I felt like going out, and she had a couple of $5 gift cards she won at trivia night, so we decided to use those up. We got there about 6:30 on a Friday night, and there were just a few people in the place. Server described the specials, and said the were good, so we went with them. Wife had the ribeye with potatoes and asparagus. I had the shrimp and grits. Both were very good. Luckily for me, wife couldn't finish hers, so I had the rest of that for lunch the next day. We had to ask for a basket of bread, but it came out hot and really good. Beers were 2 for 1, which was a nice surprise. Overall, an enjoyable dinner. We didn't get dessert.We are elated to hear that you had a satisfactory experience with us. We went for a meal and a change to reminisce. What a perfect place. The atmosphere was fun and relaxing all at once. It felt like we were eating in our grandmother's dining room. The service was great. They have duel pianos and that added to the fun. The furnishings are interesting and nostalgic. I loved the front porch. This is old Florida that is for sure. The food was delicious and inexpensive.
