New brewery bringing locally hand-crafted artisanal ales & brewery inspired food to Custer & the Mt. Rushmore state! Divided into the brewery on the first floor including a direct-draw tap system (it doesnât get any fresher than this!) & a full-menu Pound
We sat on the upstairs porch out back and it was pleasant enough. I had the blue wedge salad and my wife had the curry dish. Both were delicious. The beers were ok, and tended to the Amber, malty side. Service was good and efficient. Prices were a good value. This was a very good stop in Custer.

We stopped in for a quick drink while in Custer. When I used the bathroom I walked by the kitchen. I found it odd that it only contained microwaves. We didn't order food but I could tell when I saw another tables order being delivered that it had come from a microwave. This is probably why they only have burgers and chips (instead of fries). Stick to alcohol and you should be fine.

Custer locals and visitors have been taking a seat at The Captain's Table for over six decades now, and there are plenty of reasons why. To start, we're the only restaurant in town that serves crab legs and lobster tail daily. Plus, we're known for having
Hoping for good food! Donât botherWorse meal we ever had. The service was none existent, the waitress kept disappearing and we saw very little of her. My stepson ordered the 14oz prime rib and ended up with 90% of fat in his plate We pointed this out to who we think was the manager, who couldnât care less and was aggressive! 50% off was offered. DO NOT BOTHER GOING THERE! This is my very first bad review, that just tell you how bad this experience was. We left the restaurant hungry and pissed off.

After visiting local monuments, my wife and I stopped for lunch at Denial restaurant in Custer, South Dakota. What a joy. Are friendly hostess was the wife of the artist whose works decorated this establishment. The menu offers a variety of local specials. We ordered the Buffalo Chille and it was delicious. Would go back without question.

Family-friendly restaurant and sports bar located downtown Custer, SD. New upper deck open in 2012. Large menu has something for everyone in the family - delicious sandwiches, best buffalo burgers in the Black Hills, salads, wraps, pizza, pasta, steaks an
This is a good place for lunch. I had the burger and fries and was very happy with it. Itâs a sports bar so there were tv screens to watch most sporting events.Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review! We're glad to hear that you enjoyed your visit and hope to have you back again soon!

We stopped in for lunch on our way through the park. The host seated us fairly quick and our waitress, Jazelle (??) came to take our drink orders within a couple of minutes. I ordered the COB (cheddar, caramelized onions and bacon hamburger) with home fries and my friend ordered the "Prospector" burger (Swiss cheese & mushrooms) with fries, $30. The food was great, the service not so. Jazelle didn't check on us much or refill our drinks. The dining room wasn't that busy. I will probably give it another chance if I return to the area.

Providing a fun, casual atmosphere with a focus on fresh made food and an exciting selection of beer and wine, The Custer Wolf is a favorite for locals and tourists looking for something a little different. Come in for a pint, delicious homemade food and
Eclectic menu with nice options. We had the Cod over Vegetables as recommended by our waitress and it was superb. Great wine selection; Beer selection looked good too, but our group prefers wine. Had the dessert special...bread pudding...which normally we don't really care for. This too was excellent...crispy instead of soggy. We wish we would have time for a second visit!Thank you for your review. We're so glad you enjoyed our wine selection...most people know us by our beer but our wine is great too!

Visited this place around noon on October 3rd based on the recommendation of the gentleman at National Car Rental at the Rapid City Airport. Let me start by thanking him for the best recommendation ever. BHBB was packed with their lunch crowd, but we were seated after a short wait and greeted by a super friendly waitress. We started with cheese curds that were excellent. My wife ordered a standard cheeseburger and I ordered the Texan. Both burgers were cooked perfectly and seasoned to perfection. I also ordered a strawberry milk shake that was superior and filled with strawberries. Would recommend BHBB to anyone visiting the area. Now if they would only open a branch here in Illinois, I would be in heaven.
