Just returned from the restaurant after taking in their veterans free meal which my husband thoroughly enjoyed. I had the small steak which was cooked to perfection, tasty and juicy. The restaurant was packed, I understand it's their busiest day of the year. We only had a 5 min. wait for a table and were attended to right away. I admire the efficiency of the place and its staff and kitchen. I read the negatives on the place and can't agree. Is it gormet food no, but its better than other chains or diners and if you order what they are known for you really can't go wrong. I wouldn't order Italian or oriental anything, it's a burger, steak beer joint and that they do very well.

I have been a loyal customer of Red Robin for well over twenty years. Tonight, was one of the worst experiences I have ever had. I decided to come for dinner tonight to celebrate my 40th birthday. Last year, I did not celebrate my birthday due to a serious accident. My kids reallt wanted to make it up to me and I chose Red Robin because they love it. Service was inexistent. We were served unsweetened iced tea without any sweetener. It came after asking twice. Food took a long time. Our server did not even think to ask me for a drink refill while delivering the food. Food quality was not good tonight. It was a gourmet burger with onion rings and mushrooms that lacked any flavor. All of the french fries were ice cold. Back to the beverages... I had to ask twice for another iced tea. Then the manager checked on us, he brought it out. We waited an additional ten minutes for to go boxes and another five for the check. The kids left somewhat happy. Parents, not so much. We work very hard for our money. I will be damned if I spend another penny at Red Robin.

Upscale Italian-American gastro-pub serving authentic wood-fired pizza, wood-fired and grill chicken wings, house-made macaroni, fresh seafood, organic or locally sourced produce, grass-fed beef, hormone and anti-biotic free poultry and much more! Gluten
Unfortunately, I wanted to love this place but it definitely needs work. Was there with a party of six and service was ok, out of sprite, pizza was cold and it was just a weird experience. They did give us dessert on the house for the cold pizza, which was nice. Honestly, go for apps and sit at the bar area.

We're a local restaurant and sports bar located in King Kullen Plaza, next to Ulta and Sports Authority, on Veteran's Memorial Highway in Commack, NY. Come hang out, watch sports, be yourself and enjoy the company of others without breaking the bank. We a
Our party of 8 had dinner here one night over a weekend and everything from the food to service was average. The zingers (boneless wings) were the best thing that was served. Many choices of sauce to pick from for them to be served with. Some in our party had salads and fajita's with all saying food was ok. Our waitress had a few tables with big parties so she was always busy and we had to ask for refills a few times. Wish food was served warmer.

Just visited for the first time and we were thrilled with Jackson. We were looking for a restaurant that was open on Christmas and were so lucky to find this fabulous restaurant. Service was excellent. Our waiter Mo was friendly and very attentive. Food was excellent. My husband had half a roast chicken with potatoes and vegetables and could not stop raving about the flavor. I had pasta which I also kept raving about. Finished the meal with Tartufo. Wow.

While visiting friends in the Commack area , we all decided instead of having a BBQ on the 4th we would visit a local restaurant. Adaquate on site parking. Did not need reservations and were seated withing 10 minutes. What a great surprise that there was a Special for the holiday. All of us ordered the Steamed Lobster and ribs. Came with a sald, and side s of choice.Service was great and the meal was wonderful, especially not having to clean up .When in the area try this establishment.
