We stopped on a wim and had a really nice lunch, just burgers and fries but they were well prepared and hot. The owner/waitress/cook was so nice as was a couple of her customers. Just a nice local place that I wish there were more of.

Whether you're dining-in, ordering online for carryout, or placing a delivery order, the best food can be found here. Our BYOB (Build Your Own) burgers are hand crafted with 100% beef. Seafood? We've got that too. It makes sense, seeing as how the first H
We stopped in with a couple of family members for a quick bite and a few cold beers. The ladies ordered chicken strips and curly fries which they said were very good. My brother-in-law ordered a dozen raw oysters on the half shell for us, they were very fresh and good. First time we have been back here in at least 15-20 years but will be going back again now that we know the food is pretty good.

Applebee's keeps their menu fresh by continually offering interesting new selections. Currently, they are offering several Asian themed dishes, which are quite good. I had the Thai Shrimp Salad and my wife the Asian Wonton Tacos. The flavor pallet was very good. Service was very good and the staff very friendly. This is a good Applebee's location.

We were on the road 9 hours and needed a cold drink and a hot meal. The roadhouse was next door to our hotel. The bar had plenty of space. The service when we came in was poor.He was too bizzy taking care of a small problem while people were waiting..Empty table were all over.Servers were waiting for customers...It was not at all well managed.Food was good. but Ribs were over done.Chicken was super. No organization at the bar.Driks were good and came out quickly. Our server had too much to do and others were standing about. They need a new team of managers to get the place in orderHi, Jim. Great neighborhood place! We stopped by for drinks and a sandwich, we were not disapointed, large selection of draft beers, some local, our server made excellent recommendations. There were bar bites available, an appetzer menu and sanwiches and other entres. Daily specials were posted for everday of the week, including open mike might, and acoustic guests. My sandwich was the Italian, it was very good, my hubs had the reuben, which he enjoyed. We will definitely return.

If you stay far away from the chains, this is a good choice. We ate at 8pm, my baked potato was spot on. I had the steamed shrimp appetizer...fantastic shrimp! The nachos were enjoyed at our table, as was the shrimp Alfredo and popcorn shrimp.Service was good. Friendly folks.

Our menu is filled with classic American dishes like steak, salmon, burgers, sandwiches and salads, as well as other traditional favorites like slow-roasted prime rib and our famous chicken tenders, all at a great value.
We were traveling and decided to stay overnight in Chester, Virginia. We asked the desk clerks at the hotel for a restaurant recommendation and they were enthusiastic about O'Charley's.We ordered the Peach Chutney Chicken and the Seafood Combo Platter. The chicken entree had peach chutney, broccoli, and mashed sweet potato. The chicken breast was a fairly good size. The peach chutney was good and the sweet potato and broccoli were fresh. The seafood combo was very large. It had fried shrimp, imperial stuffed crabs, and cod. The platter is served with coleslaw and french fries.Rose was our server and she was very personable and knew the menu well. The seafood combo platter was reasonably priced and the chicken was very reasonable. The total bill with tax, tip, and beverage was less than $40.O'Charley's is a chain restaurant that has a diverse menu. The food is similar to other chain restaurants with respect to quality and price. This O'Charley's is located near the other restaurants and stores at the intersection of Jefferson Davis Highway, US Routes 1 and 301, and W Hundred Road, Virginia Route 10. The restaurant is north of Route 10 on the west side of Route 301 near several other restaurants.

I frequently choose Howlett's for business lunches. Therestaurant is nicely appointed and the atmosphere is pleasant and quiet so that it is an ideal place for quiet discussions. The food is very well prepared and served at appropriate temperatures. Service is always very good and prices are reasonable priced. The menu has good variety. They frequent offer buy one, get one half price specials. There is rarely a wait for seating.

Love to come here in the spring and summer when they have live music on the patio, Thursdays are our favorite when Rich Moore performs. Met here with a large group, super friendly, helpful staff. The wedge salad is the best, but the seafood is some of the best in the area. The cheesecake was delicious, as was the peanut butter pie.
