Just back from a long weekend visit to see my daughter and her fiance' ,they have recently moved to the village. First time any of us had been in the pub, we had such a good time the first night, welcoming locals and Breegin (spelling?) was a fabulous and friendly host. Went in the following 2 nights and had the same great 'craic' ... not rated for for food as I only had drinks .....will be a regular on my future visits....

Called to watch Liverpool match on Saturday, place smelled clean but the table was a bit sticky?Ordered food from the friendly staff.... Burger & chips and chicken goujons. They were ok, chips undercooked and goujons were hard? Didn't finish it! Probably won't rush back! But it filled a hole!

Family run business at the heart of the Live music scene for over 40 years, winner of many awards for our restaurants and food, proud server to the local community and beyond, we have something for everyone.....only at O'Hares
Visited here with my sister on a wednesday afternoon in July. Told by staff there were no sandwiches on menu. Ordered the chicken goujons and chips, which came out quite quick but by a waitress that really didn't seem to want to be there-"there's your goujons" she said after setting down the plate....didnt ask if we wanted anything else, which I did because I needed salt and vinegar for my chips-which tasted and looked like oven chips or frozen deep fried at best to be truthful-I had to go find someone for salt&vinegar. The goujons were battered and greasy. Not impressed by service or food, it was a quiet day being midweek so no excuse for this imo. Hi Emma, thank you for your review. We normally would have sandwiches on a separate menu but hadn't planned for a bus party coming in who then all ordered soup and sandwiches leaving us with no option but to take them off on that day, sorry for that though as it should have been sorted. Our lunch menu you did order from clearly states the chicken goujons are battered and if they were a bit too greasy then my apologies for that. There are also salt and pepper shakers on every table, inside and out, along with a holder containing sachets of vinegar, sauces etc. and unless they were getting refilled they should have been there.I'm sorry your experience didn't live up to our standards and hope we will get another chance to impress you.

Situated in the grounds of the luxurious Slieve Donard Resort & Spa, the Perch French is the perfect place to relax with a drink and enjoy the finest of local produce, cooked to perfection.
Right at the gates of the Slieve Donald Hotel, this is a welcoming place to eat. Friendly, attentive staff. Great quality food and good value. Very convenient for hotel guests. The restaurants in the hotel are either high-end or very simple so Percy French offers a good compromise. Recommended. Hi Stephen and Christine,On behalf of all the team here at The Percy French. One of the best selection of beers we found in our travel around NI.Friendly and helpful staff.Good choice of food and good quality.Had to move as we sat underneath a speaker, but the change of table was OK.Yes we are old, but we do like music! It was actually a great selection.

I have been visiting the Dundrum area every year for more than 10 years and the Bucks Head has consistently delivered an excellent meal and wonderful service every time. I believe my wife and I must have had approximately 40 meals over that ten year period. We have also recommended the Bucks Head to friends and family who have all had the same wonderful experience. Enjoy !

Terrific place. The food was excellent, as was the Guinness. Excellent service, super buzz about the place. Very popular with locals (always a good sign) although tricky to find if you don't know where it is. Would absolutely return at the drop of a hat. Highly recommended.
