The staff here looked after us faultlessly on our week in San Quirico d'Orcia. We had a couple of breakfast coffees but the best was certainly the aperitif. We stopped on two evenings and both times ordered a recommended house wine. Really lovely and served with prosciutto, pecorino and pane. Worth dropping into for a drink and a bite!

This place is a nice place to stop and have something to eat on your way to the historic center of San Quirico d'Orcia. There is a public parking place in front. You can view it on Google Street although this video looks a few years old.

We stayed in the Val dâorcia area of Tuscany for around a week and stayed in a town called Campiglia which overlooks the Val dâorcia. We went to the restaurant/bar called Le Notti di Campiglia a number of times and each time we thoroughly enjoyed our evening. We ate delicious and good food, and the owner and Barman Renzo made us feel at home. He prepared us delicious cocktails (specially the Aperol Spritz) and was fun and engaging and made us feel like one of the family. The place is always filled with the local residents of the town and itâs so enjoyable to mingle inside and outside the bar with the locals and their kids. You can really get a feel for the Tuscan life by staying in this town and Renzo made sure to keep us well fed and part of the Italian experience. I highly recommend this bar/restaurant.

I stopped in to Idyllium on a cold, windy night in Pienza. What a great spot! Great drinks, and super kind service. Stylish, fun, good music, great drinks. I'll be back next time I am in Pienza!

I had a meal here with a group of about 10-12 family and friends. Every single person thorough enjoyed each dish and the wine that was recommended by our server ! It's a local delicatessen. Very small place - we ate plates of local cheese and sausage. It was great. The people there were extremely nice and gave us explanations regarding out order. I highly recommend the place - a true and very nice taste of the area.
