Food is always good, especially on deal days! Trivia is fun to play with your group, although most of the servers donât know how to get it started. Nice patio for warm afternoons.

Thirsty Donkey Tap House & Sports Grill provides food and alcoholic beverages in the Casa Grande, AZ area.
We visited this sports pub after reading about their self service craft beers, intrigued by the opportunity to sample 40 craft beers at the pull of a handle. We received our magic wristband, strolled to the first tap, pulled the handle and filled our glasses with 90% foam.If we quaffed our brew quickly, we would have had beer mustaches reminiscent of the âGot Milk?â commercials. We ordered our food, hoping it would delight our tastebuds. After one hour, and numerous apologies from our bartender,we politely informed him we were ravenous and headed to In-N-Out forburgers.

Quiz:Q. How many times does 1 (Old Dude) go into 40 (self-serve beers)?A. I tried to do the math research, but Boss cut me off at about 11, so I guess I can't shed light on the answer. But here are some numbers that I can remember from our Wednesday visit last month: - one happy old dude- 11 craft tasters (small samplers, not pints, so quit clicking your tongue)- one embarrassed wife (Boss)- four great friends that support my drinking habit- two Philly Cheese Steaks (yummy)- one dance floor- one Traveling Troubadour (a.k.a. Bunky)- about 65 Bunky junkies dancing up a storm Summary: I LOVED the bar wall (what beer fool wouldn't?) and the food was very good. What a great way to taste craft beers; this Donkey definitely wasn't thirsty when he left. As Arnold says, "I'll be baaack!"

Had dinner here with in-laws when helping them move. This is a typical sports bar with typical sports bar menu. They have a nice selection of craft beers, I had a chocolate porter which was pretty good and my husband had an IPA. We started with a side of onion rings which were a very large portion and nice crispy. My husband and my father-in-law had the fish and chips which they enjoyed. The fried foods weren't too greasy since the paper under the food was dry and not oil stained so that was a plus. I ordered the cheese burger with mushroom and grilled onions which took much longer to come out then any of the other food. It was okay the meat seemed tasteless but I ate the whole thing since I was starving. I ordered the homemade potato chips and they too were okay I've have had tastier homemade chips elsewhere but at least they were crisp and thin and weren't greasy. Would I choose to return? No, but my in-laws like it here so I may not have a choice.
A great bar to have a pre-dinner drink or have lunch here. There are plenty of tables as well as the bar and there is an outside area as well. Named after John Wayne, "Duke's Bar" has a great atmosphere. This hotel and bar was the place to be when JOhn Wayne was filing his Western Movies. The food from the restaurant can also be served here and the service is very good. They have TV's in the bar if you want to watch the sports.

I dined alone on my day of shopping. I enjoyed a burger and fries. The burger was cooked to perfection. The waitress was not very attentive but was pleasant. I sat at the bar and had my meal because seating was limited at the time I arrived. I tried to order a strawberry daiquiri but they donât make daiquiris at this restaurant so I had a soda.

Restaurant & Sports Bar serving gourmet pizzas, burgers, wings & more in a relaxed space filled with TVs.
Boston's is a sports bar/restaurant, so you can expect lots of TVs and lively conversation. There's a video arcade for the kids, a bar, and another dining area. Lots of items on the menu, but the best so far for me is the Mama Meata pizza.

Another couple and my wife an I decided we hadn't been out to eat lately..Someone recommended the Legend at Francisco. We had eaten at the bar/grill but never in the dining room. Bri was our server and did an exceptional job for us. Very attentive and helpful but never pushy. Area is not large but provided a very nice atmosphere including candles and white table clothes. Pretty nice for Casa Grande. Food was exceptional for all of us and we made a promise that this would certainly not be our last visit to this fine restaurant. Who knew?

It is listed on Yelp. I notice that a lot of restaurants are not listed in Casa Grande which is the home to a whole lot of Snowbirds.
After we arrived in Casa Grande, AZ, for Thanksgiving, we went out for Dinner ... this makes my Wife happy because her Kitchen is staying clean at Home and the Kitchen in Casa Grande is staying clean. It's just before Thanksgiving and who wants to dirty up a Kitchen when you know it's going to get messed up when preparing your Thanksgiving Dinner. Joe (Nancy's son) suggested McMashers Sports Bar & Grill. We have been there before and it is really good. They have Delicious Burgers and Cold BEER ... with TV's on every inch of their walls ... all around the place. We arrived for an early dinner and the place is about 1/2 full of people. When you see this, you know it's a good place to eat and drink Cold BEER.We chose a table where we can view a lot of TV's. Our Server is Morgan, which was also one of Joe's students in Chemistry Class when he taught a couple years ago. He says he always runs into one of his students around town. Anyway, we ordered our BEERS. My Wife is going with a Miller Lite Draft, Joe is having an Amber Bock Draft and me, a Blue Moon Draft. While Morgan went for our BEERS, we looked over the Menu. She returned shortly with our BEERS and we ordered. My Wife is having a 'Grilled Chicken Breast Salad'; Bed of Greens with Cheese & Tomatoes and Balsamic Vinaigrette. Joe is having a Custom Built Burger; 1'2 pound Patty, Lettuce Wrapped with Jalapenos, Cheddar & Cole Slaw on the side. I'm having the 'Western Melt'; Thinly Sliced Roast Beef with Green Chili, Pepper Jack Cheese & Horseradish Sauce on Sourdough Bread. French Fries as a Side. While we waited for our food, we looked around at all the TV's showing every Sports Show & Event that was presently on, including Sport Movies ... this place ROCKS. You 'Will' find something you like to watch while enjoying your Cold BEER.Soon, Morgan brought out our food and my Wifes Salad looks really good. The Chicken was Seasoned and prepared Perfectly and all of it tasted delicious. Joe's Burger was loaded with Jalapenos and covered with large leafs of Lettuce (not Romaine). He said it was really good. My Western Melt was Tastylicious. The Roast Beef was really thin cut and had good flavor and the Horseradish added that little bite-back you look for. The Cheese made it a little Gooey, which is a Big Plus. The French Fries were okay, but not the best ... but French Fries are always good. McMashers was a good choice for Dinner ... and they have Cold BEER ... that is always a good sign. If your ever in Casa Grande, AZ, you gotta try this place, not only for the Cold BEER but for the Burgers as well ... they do it right. Check'em out On-Line.Road Trips are always nice go go on because you get to try places you haven't been to yet, or just a couple of time ... and it keeps my Wifes Kitchen Clean ... and that is always a Big Plus. Love You Baby for all that you do and you do a lot.
