Find out what Bar restaurants to try in Cape Town Central. Cape Town glistens at the southern toe of the African continent. Tourist brochure-views at Blaauwberg Beach and Kirstenbosch National Botanical Gardens are within easy driving distance of "The Mother City." The Cape of Good Hope Nature Reserve provides sweeping sea vistas, hiking trails and wildlife encounters. On a more somber note, travelers can visit Robben Island, the prison where Nelson Mandela was held for 27 years.

Walking into Rick's Cafe has the same feeling as walking into a friend's home for dinner. The ambiance is comfortable to say the least with decor reminiscent of the movie classic "Casablanca" with its stylish colonial Moroccan tones accompanied by lounge
Absolutely love Rick's Café.Apart of à great atmosphere et beautiful decor resembling the original movie, the food is just delightful. A large but not too large menu to suit all palets and love their well priced daily lunch specials menu.If you are a beer fan, this is just the place to come try some of their many imported beers.

Classic dishes with a South African twist. In an industrial 1920's "members-only club" inspired space where everyone is welcome
This restaurant has an amazing vibe, and smaller plates (almost like tapas in terms of portion size), and is generally a fun place. The owners were flexible in accommodating us despite no reservation and we thoroughly enjoyed the experienceWould recommend everyone go here

Such friendly smiles and great service. A must to visit.

Craft your own burger or order off the menu. They're all delicious. Wash it down with great craft beers, whisky or wine.
Always great to make Craft Burger our first stop when visiting Cape Town. Both the beef and chicken burgers are excellent. Build your own helps you to get exactly what you like. Waitstaff is attentive, friendly and always ready to make sure you have a tasty meal. Beer is extra cold and nice. You won't be disappointed!

Hi Thando at La Parada. We had a wonderful introduction to Cape Town on our first day eating in La Parada on the Waterfront in Cape Town one lunchtime. The food here is first class, the lady serving us was called Thando and was so helpful and gave us lots of information on the city and places to visit. We sat and watched the seals playing in the water in the bay. Good luck with your football Thando. best wishes, Margaret and Malcolm, (Middlesbrough supporter)Thank you for this lovely review and message to Thando, Margaret and Malcolm. We will pass on your feedback and wish you a magnificent time in the Mother City further, please do join us again when you are in the area.Benjamin and the La Parada Team
