Our first night of vacation, we decided to eat at the Bellevue Tavern. We were seated immediately. We had the sauteed crab cakes that came with 2 on a bed of spinach and a basil garlic dipping sauce. Very tasty. I got the Turkey avocado club wrap and my hubby got the Wisconsin cheddar chicken club. The food came out quickly, was very good and we had leftovers. We would highly recommend. Many choices on the menu.

My wife and I recently visited the Cape May area and on this wintry evening we enjoyed dinner at the Avalon Links Restaurant. We were promptly seated in a room that overlooked the golf course and was decorated with pretty lights for Christmas. For dinner I chose the flounder (very fresh) with crab meat and my wife the filet. Both were excellent. Service was prompt and the atmosphere festive. We will keep the Links on our list for another good meal when visiting the Cape May area again.

We started with dirty dishes when the waitress brought them out for our appetizers. The potato skins were bland. The wings were so so. Dinners were brought out. The salmon was well done and tasty. We ordered a pizza, veal parmigiana and French onion soup. They were horrible. The pizza was too well done, the veal was hard and chewy, the soup bland. The waitress was nice, but that doesn't make up for the rest. Won't be going back.
