La Frangalla is a typical little pub and restaurant in the Piedmont Alps. We offer local dishes like miacce, sparoi, meats and cheeses of our valley. From us you can taste excellent aperitifs enjoying the view on our mountains.
Conto leggero.

As a real French "Brasserie" we are something in between a restaurant and a bar. A good selection of local and original dishes, not too long but always good, lots of beers and intersting wines, mostly from Aosta Valley. Small place (it's always a good ide
Seated in the rear that is decorated like a cave, the menu is explained in great detail to ensure the correct choice by the very kind waitress; I ordered the wild boar with polenta which was lovely, combined with a recommended Shiraz. For desert a cheesecake with a white grape desert wine. When we departed the owner greeted and remembered our visit from the previous year; this made us feel very welcome indeed. We will be back

The best Afterski in Alagna, the owners Yada and Stefano are really party people that know how to get the afterski going. Beautiful view over Alagna. But don't take too many drinks, still 400 hight meters skiing down to the village and the police close the place at 17:15 every day. Unless you stay for dinner, that can also be highly recommended.

Great value rough & ready cafe bang in the centre of town next to the church. Has regulars ensconsed at the bar that you may have to elbow past. Does prosecco Frizzante on tap at 1.60 euros a glass. They bring FREE "tapas" style food after your second glass. Ham & Cheese toasties are good value. A great start to your evening in a "rub shoulders2 with the locals kind of way.Fabulous value if you don't mind "old fashioned" crossed with deliverance?

Probably bad luck, but we arrived hungry for lunch at about 2pm having walked down from the the top of the cable car. I ordered the celiac lasagne which perhaps I shouldn't expect to be good. It wasn't, it was awful, but it was also stone cold in the middle after a long wait for it to arrive. My wife ordered a lovely cheese on beans and courgette which was good, so perhaps you should avoid the unusual.

This is the bar to go to for Apres Ski in Alagna. Everyone goes there from the guides and ski instructors to the locals and tourists. Inside is small and intimate with a low cieling and a cluster of table. Outside is a much larger courtyard which will be great in the spring. There is table service inside and out and they treat you like a grown up by just allowing you to pay at the end for what you had. There is no requirement to put a credit card down as security. Please do not abuse this. We had a large group and as a large beer was five Euros it enabled us to just put in a the end for what we had without having to get into rounds. After skiing the offered complimentary platters of cheese, cold meets and cold frittata. If only all ski bars were like this.

Warm and welcoming in Winter. Sparkling and full of life in Summer. Lo Chalet (cafè, restaurant and pizzeria) is the ideal place to enjoy lovely moments with family and friends. Open all year round. A cosy atmosphere, two wooden rooms with a fireplace to
We stopped here for lunch after doing some skiing. It looks like just an average cafe but the food was excellent! Especially the fries! The only let down was the staff were a bit slow to take our order.. and we were the only ones in there. Actually had to ask twice and two different girls said they would get the other girl to take our order?? Otherwise great!

If you are looking for some fancy or traditional cocktails, Mario (the owner of this bar) can do it!We recommend this place for Happy Hours or after dinner cocktails. If you take an apertivo, they do not serve a lot of complementary snacks but we recommend to try the traditional "Miaccia" sweet or sour.Mario, Lorena and Marzia will make yourself feel at home in this small but cosy place.
