Simple place with a lot of potential. The mojitos were rich in flavor but with no alcohol or if it has was very little. It was not what we were looking for. For a nonalcoholic beverage was overpriced.
I'll start off with the environment. The surrounding is ok, the place is clean and neat. I like this place but it seems to lack of draught beers and no cocktail?! Come on, this is a bar, you should have them both. The only available draught beer is Carlsberg. 1664 and asahi are just display i see. Also, you can't buy draught beer by pint. They only sell by jug (1litre) and tower (3 litre). Well, there's still room for improvement.
I chose this restaurant because I was staying at the Promenade Hotel which is diagonally across this restaurant. At first, I thought this restaurant served wok-fried Chinese cuisine. I was wrong â Wok Chef has aa great selection of western cuisine (lamb cutlet, chicken chop, fish and chips, salmon steak etc), pasta and different fried rice, finger food (e.g. fried chicken wing), salads, sandwiches, burgers, soups and of course Chinese noodles cooked in different styles (dry, wet, Cantonese, mamak, sambal or tomato). There are also 30 different beverages and several alcoholic beverages to compliment oneâs main course. Moreover, you can supplement with ice cream, cakes and hot coffee. Like me, the interesting part of the dining is that you enjoy the food in an open-air environment with rotating fans and music. Apparently, this setting went well with the patrons and when I was there between 7pm and 8pm, Wok Chef was about three-quarter full.I ate a pan-seared salmon and drank a lemonade with plum juice â both were excellent, which more than made up for the 25-minute waiting time.

Good location for Bintulu, although a little way from the waters edge. 7 floors up at sunset it is a view to capture. Unfortunately the buck stops there. The food is average although quick to order and receive. Was dismayed I couldn't book up to my room but they were good for seperate billing.Service was okay and the beer was cold. No real atmosphere in the place but it was a week night.

A modern and attractive looking pub/restaurant with indoor and outside eating areas, close to Greens Hotel on Park City Commerce Square. Offering an international menu including steaks, pizza and pasta dishes. Ambiance pleasant and the staff will take your drink order quickly but then the service falls down. Even on a quiet night we had to press the table bell several times to find out where the drinks had got to or when the order was going to be completed. The meal service wasn't any better. We told the first person served to start rather than let their meal go cold and the last served took several further enquiries to find out what was happening! After eating we tried to order another round of drinks but repeated pushes of the table service bell were seemingly ignored by which time we were tired of waiting and had given up on the idea. Can't recommend and wouldn't go again.Dear DeeandDrew,Thank you for taking your time to share your valued feedback on TripAdvisor. We have taken note of your comments about your overall dining experience with regards to the service shortfall and please be advised that we will be taking the necessary remedial steps to resolve the matter. The foods are nice if we know what to order... but it is a nice hangout place with friends with the games facilities available in the ground floor. The speed of service improved a lot. Love the comfortable restaurant set up in the 1st floor.

Had the Canadian Maple burger in honour of my homeland and found it to be a nice burger with excellent flavouring. The black bun is a little disconcerting to look at (youâd think it would taste like charcoal) but it tastes like any other bun. Price was reasonable and service was prompt. Nice change of pace from all the Malaysian food Iâd been eating the past week. Thanks for your kind feedback! We are flattered! It's our pleasure to serve you! Please come again :)
