Just visited the meadery. No offense but not my cup of tea. I am not a big craft fan but the Local Light was delicious after the mead. Our server was excellent our food was good, not great as advertised. My fault. I had the mushroom pizza and a pizza needs meat.

There are few choices in this area. Dockside has a limited menu. Instead of chips they serve taco chips on all dishes, It has a wonderful sunset view. A reasonable place for a burger and beer, but I wouldn't drive out of my way for it.

Welcome to The Pelican's Nest where we build the best burger youâve ever had. We start with the freshest ingredients and serve it just the way you like. If you're in the mood for delicious seafood or savory steak, or luscious salads and decadent desserts,
We were only at Shanty for a week & we ending up eating there twice, including the Friday fish fry & the Wednesday basket day. Both were freshly prepared & priced well. They now have a large outside, covered eating area & frequent entertainment nights. There is an outside bar, too where generous drinks are poured. There are Happy Hour specials until 6:00.

We dined-in a few times. Twice we had the full breakfast buffet. Expensive ($15) but we did not feel the need to have lunch those days. Since it included coffee and juice it was an average value compared to other hotel breakfast buffets. The servers are very friendly and attentive.

We wee pleasant surprised with the Bistro having visited years ago when it had little to offer. The setting is much better and it was busy on aFriday night. Out waitress was new but she still attempted to be helpful. Another waiter really described meal options was impressive. My husband had the Philly style beef which was very good. I had the smoked salmon which was good.
