We actually found the pub in the desk book at our motel. Kind of looking for a fish fry on a Friday night. Liberty Street did not disappoint! Cute place, lots of tvs with sports all around. They have a unique system for those waiting to be seated for dinner. Be patient, it works! The bartender was like a hoot owl. I swear his head spun 360 degrees! He watched everything along with serving drinks at the bar and for his wait staff. Fish fries were excellent as was the Philly cheesesteak. They actually had ribs and chicken as the special that night but we were only in town for the night. Seemed to have a large variety of draft beer and alcohol for mixed drinks. Staff seemed to be enjoying their work! Located on a beautiful downtown street, plenty of parking.

Recently Lynn and I and friends had dinner at DJs Flamingo after just arriving in Bath to visit local Finger Lakes sites. We saw Fried Chicken on the menu -a Three Piece dinner with fries or another side. Reasonable at $8.50. We donât do fried foods that often, but this was worth the experience. Some of the best fried chicken that I remember. Other items on the menu looked good too like the Haddock and some of the appetizers. This is a large, busy restaurant. Service was excellent.

The US Census says that 630 people live in Hammondsport, NY. For a tiny little tourist town, this is a really nice dining spot! The place is charming and quaint, they had nice beer, and our server was good. Mrs. K loved her pulled pork sandwich and I had a really good burger. I was warned that a lot of the nearby tourist trap restaurants are over-priced and underwhelming... we were steered here by a local and she done us good. Nice place. Go.
