We stopped by while visiting the town after eating at other Keg Steakhouse sites in Edmonton and Calgary. The server, Georgia, was friendly and fairly attentive. The fillet mignon was superbly cooked, with tasty mask and asparagus. I would return if in Banff

Within the Rimrock hotel with various seating options including the balcony, this restaurant had something for everyone regards food and drink. The pianist was such a delightful touch. The children's menu and portion size was good. Photo of the burger.

The Beaver Bar in Banff, Alberta is a funky little backpacker spot to exercise your liver. You'll find us tucked in next to the Samesun hostel lobby, so you don't even have to brave the Canadian Rocky Mountain wind chill to enjoy an affordable beverage. I
Stop there for a couple of drinks after reading other reviews.Located in the Samsung hostel. I was expected mainly a young crowd, but appears that many ppl (of all ages) do drop by for drinks. Small selection of beer on tap - little bit of everything, and such a good price! Has everything for a great night :) good music, funny bartenders, great crowd (great ppl watching) and affordable drinks!

Popped in here for an evening meal. It was relatively quiet compared to other resteraunts we had visited during our stay in Banff so expectations were not that high. I was wrong. Husband had the Bison steak which he thoroughly enjoyed whilst I had the ribs. Portions were generous only complaint was that the ribs were not fall off the bone tender but still the taste was good. Service was attentive and meals arrived quickly. Worth a visit if you are in the area.Thank you so much for your feedback

food was good but the waitress is extremely pompous. tried to be nice and start a conversation with my wife about where she was from and she basically dismissed me as some weirdo. cool...you're a waitress, pretend like you are interested in your customers. glad i tipped you poorly.

Good pub food and drink with a European influence. Food was well cooked. The patio is really nice overlooking a hole on the golf course. Great views of the mountains and right near Bow Falls. Food was served quickly but service was a bit slow once it got busy. Good spot!Dear Valued Guest,Thank you for taking the time to share such a lovely review on TripAdvisor. It was wonderful to hear how much you enjoyed your recent visit. There's no better way to spend an afternoon than out on the patio!Warm regards,Jeffrey C.Food and Beverage Manager

Our story begins in Ireland. Located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains, St. James's Gate, established in 1996, was built and manufactured in Dublin, Ireland. The authenticity of the imported Irish woodwork and fantastic artifacts make St. James Gate one

My husband had been to this restaurant before. This was my first time. We made a reservation (as recommended) but tonight wasn't necessary. We have heard it is very unpredictable, so I recommend making one anyways, as the staff said the night before was insanely busy. Our server/bartender was Dan. And he is absolutely fantastic. We sat on the 3rd level, very intimate and much quieter than level 1.Dan was extremely knowledgeable about the entire menu (drinks and food). He encouraged us to try out their local made distillery liquor. And it was phenomenal in the cocktails he recommended. My husband had the brie and mushroom appetizer last time which he said was amazing. This time we tried the pork fingers. So so good! The sauce that goes with it is incredible. For mains he had the chicken sandwich and salad, and I had the pasta. Oh my gosh that pasta is to die for! Dan did recommend the rotisserie chicken for me, but for some reason that pasta called out to me. So so so good. The food is incredibly well made, and drinks were great. Beautiful atmosphere. We ordered after dinner "coffee and Baileys". They used their local made "Baileys" not made by Park, and our coffee was in a carafe/French press brought to our table. So so yummy. We loved this place and highly recommend.

We ate there around 11:30 am and found the establishment small. The staff was courteous, and we were seated quiet quickly. The burgers were very good along with the sweet potato fries. The iced tea was very good. All-in-all a very good place to eat.
