Tradition isn't just something that's been around for a long time, it's something above the ordinary that will go on forever with a life of its own. That's a perfect description of Curley's. From the unforgettable red suspenders of founder "Curley" Dello
I grew up in the area. This was a place for th teenagers to go. Comfort food and beer is the norm. Parking is great. Popcorn is good.Glad to know the food and popcorn hit the spot! It's a bummer we couldn't provide you with a better experience, but I know we can make sure to earn all five stars during your next visit.Best wishes, Susan B., Owner

We had lunch there today and it was one of the worst food experiences we have ever had, My double burger was dry, tough, had been frozen and over cooked, It reminded me when i cook to many burger and i try heating them up the next day or 2 in the microwave. It was 2 very thin patties, Micky D's double cheeseburger is bigger, juicier, and taste fresher. The chili that came with it but cost an extra dollar was cold, pasty and again didn't taste fresh. My grandaughter (Kraft Mac n Cheese) was not edible. It had large hard chunks of pasta and cheese that she couldn't chew. My wife meal wasn't any better. You don't expect gourmet at this type of place but should have food as good as i can make at home. On the plus side the french fries were warm. my water was refilled and the service was good. Got to go and take a TUMS, The is much better around , maybe an off dayWe're sorry to hear that we disappointed you with the quality of your meals! We certainly do have higher standards for our food and will be sure to share your feedback with our team so we can improve the experiences of all guests moving forward. We'd appreciate it if you'd take a moment to follow-up with us at 1-800-983-4637 so we can make it up to you. Thank you!

We went here for dinner after eating at an Italian restaurant across the street. The place was jammed although we found a high top table next to the bar. The husbands were impressed with the diverse alcohol choices and the wives had wine. We will need to go here for dinner one night and enjoy the festive atmosphere and young clientel.

We were heading to another local restaurant after a Merry Go Round play-and someone suggested this restaurant. We had a great meal!!We started out on the lovely patio. Unfortunately-it's spring and those cottonwood tree seeds were flying all around. It looked like it was snowing. We figured out quickly that they would be in our drinks and in our food-so inside we went.We started with a fabulous lobster bisque. I had Shrimp Scampi, and hubby had Sicilian Shrimp. All of the food was cooked perfectly and delicious. My pasta was really light-which was great!!We had a $5 savings from attending the theater-which is also a nice perk. The dinner was delicious-and we will definitely visit again!!Hello Laurie P,Thank you very much for your great feedback from your recent dining experience at Refinery. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your meals and I will be sure to pass along your kind words to the staff. Thankfully, the cottonwood seeds only last for a short period of time and they have since disappeared! I do apologize that you had to move inside because of them. We look forward to your next visit, and hopefully you can enjoy your meals on our patio!

Great varied menu, many choices. Food is excellent, salads and portions huge. Best pizza in the county!! Specials every night. Bar well appointed, bartender and servers all do a great job. Great food at a decent price. Open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We love it there!

Swaby's is located in the heart of downtown Auburn, has great food and atmosphere and one of the most unusual interiors you will encounter in a restaurant. Housed in an old building with high ceilings and an large attractive bar and loaded with many unique artifacts thru out the restaurant that you just have to see for yourself.Swaby's runs specials every day and Thursday was the $11.99 N Y strip steak with salad and sides and a free dessert of your choice. What a bargain. The steak was very good along with the salad and a creamy mac & white cheese. The garlic bread was as good as any I have had, and the huge cheesecake topped brownie was outstanding. Our waitress was also excellent and informative when asked about the building and it's contents. The women's room was quite interesting according to my wife with a statue and the ice filled urinal trough men's room was something I've never seen before and quite funny. Swaby's is family friendly and is great to explore, has easy access and with plenty of parking, They were not crowded, yet they should be, so for God's sake bypass the Applebees and TGIF's of this world for some character and good reasonably priced food. Looking forward to a return visit the next time we are in town.

I was here for a repast following a funeral service. Food was served buffet style: roast beef, chicken, mashed potatoes, gravy, mixed vegetables, regular and fruit salads and more. The food was well prepared, no complaints there. The desserts seemed like a last minute addition; one of my table mates had a slice of pie that seemed to have just come out of a freezer. Only real complaint was the silverware - it really didn't seem very clean (new dishwasher needed perhaps?). I've eaten at Springside many times in the past with no complaints; this visit was slightly below their usual standards. We also had two stink bugs on our table. Stink bugs are a bane to the Auburn area and I don't blame their appearance on Springside, but when I mentioned them to a waitress she basically told me to take care of them myself; I expected a better response.

Came here before the show at Merry Go Round theater. Nice crowd inside and out. Good wine selection. Beef on a wick was so so. Beef cut too thick and not tender. Culliflour soup was great. Pot roast was good. Did not think the sliced squash was a good accompaniment. Tasteless and tough. Creme brulee was very good but smallish. Great service and nice atmosphere.

Brewpub in historic downtown Auburn, NY. Featuring house brewed beers, 20+ draft beers, and specialty brewhouse plates.
Small batch brew pub, one block from the heart of town and just off Highway 20 - easy in/easy out. Some free parking nearby. Outdoor terrace on fairly quiet one-way street. Dizzying array of beers, offered in 'flights' as well as usual formats. Loved the single hops pale ale with pineapple note. Pub burger, declared to be from local grass fed cow, (my main test of any pub) was very good. Excellent waiter who knew his beers and made the decision process easier,
