My husband thought better of the place than me. It's simple food at a reasonable price. You need good teeth if you order the steak - chewy but tasty and I have my own. The gesier salad (starter) was tasty. The desserts disappointing. The service is friendly and you can have a joke with the staff. There is an excellent display of beers and lagers. The wine wasn't bad either. Good view of the bassin.

Went here for lunch, then returned a week later for dinner. Both times, we ordered the market menu, which was both very good and good value. Carpaccio came with a mixed salad, along with a surprising (and delicious) tomato sorbet. Very tender duck with cepes and a nice souris d'agneau. Service was pleasant, as is the garden. This is the type of honest restaurant one hopes to find but usually can't.

Food fairly standard but you come here for the view. Usual seafood fare and brisk service. Friendly enough. The view us everything and you can forgive the routine food.
