Find out what Bar restaurants to try in Amecameca. Amecameca (formally Amecameca de Juárez) is a town and municipality located in the eastern panhandle of Mexico State between Mexico City and the Iztaccíhuatl and Popocatépetl volcanos of the Sierra Nevada mountain range. It is located on federal highway 115 which leads to Cuautla, which is called the Volcano Route (Ruta de los Volcanes). This area is popular with weekend visitors from Mexico City, Puebla and Morelos to enjoy the scenery of the mountains, eat local foods, visit the Sanctuary of the Señor del Sacromonte, the Panoaya Hacienda and other attractions. However, when Popocatépetl is active, tourism here drops dramatically. The area receives a large number of visitors during the annual Carnival/Festival del Señor del Sacromonte, which extends over the week containing Ash Wednesday and is considered to be one of the most important festivals in Mexico State.

DJ resident
The food is good but the fact that is loud takes the place to another level. Maybe a place to go with friends in the night. Good meat if you are a meat lover but that is it. Not my kind of place.Hello, thank you very much for your review, it is very important to us and serves us to improve. The best Mexican Restaurant with a lot of different choices like Steaks, Tacos, Fajitas, Salads, Pasta, soups, and a lot of different Salsas and Guacamole!
Visited this place in Polanco after reading excellent reviews at TripAdvisor. Maybe we were in an off day or it is possible that we did not order well. The appetizers were good, but the steaks were just OK. Since I visit Mexico often, maybe we will give it another chance in the future to have a great meal at this restaurant.Dear Mauricio, Thanks for your comments, and We´ll be very happy to see you again !We recommend you to order our Mix Faitas with tortillas and guacamole for the next time, we´re sure you Will enjoy them.

The steak was ok, but nothing special. The fries were dry, cold, and tasted weird. And the wine pour was very, very stingy. Yet they charge the US prices for it. The ambiance is nice, but unfortunately the thumping music is too loud, and the giant bright video screens are just distracting, without adding anything positive. However, the service was very good.Hello. Thank you very much for writing to us, your comment is very important to us and serves us to improve. We hope you'll give us a second chance to live the Prime experience. Regards!

Very pricey....But of course it is the Airport..I ordered Chicken Tacos & my husband Shrimp Tacos..We both agree, worst Tacos ever..if you can call them Tacos..The only thing that resembled a Taco is the Tortillas..Strips of dry, flavourless chicken..& thatâs is..no cheese, no sauce, no coleslaw or lettuce..nothing...Pretty much the same for my husbands Shrimp Tacos..A few small, dry shrimp & nothing else..Save your $..Plane food is better than this..or go somewhere else..

We came here three times in ten days, ; it was around the corner from our lodging, but it was also delicious. Yes, you have to pay each vendor separately, but that's not so hard. There are shared tables, so it is a fun place, skip it if you are looking for a romantic evening.
