When you see the signs in central Sintra leading to Villa, you may think it's right around the corner. It isn't, but the walk is definitely worth it. They serve amazingly tasty minimalist sandwiches (we had cod and pork), and the beer selection is very, very good. Service is super friendly, and you cannot get lovelier or more peaceful surroundings for your afternoon tipple.Thanks for your kind words! Hope to see you again!

I ate many burgers,used to work in a burger bar,this was one of the best i ever had! Everything is fresh. Dont get mistaken by the simple interior or less people cause its really good. The owners are so nice and kind! The are hospitality! Byron considered Sintra one of his favourite places in the whole world, so it was only fitting that we dropped into this lovely cafe for a snack. With pleasant ambiance in the company of colourful azulejos, we had coffee and some snacks.A grand interlude.

Took the advice of a local to head here. Had a quality tapas dinner with a variety of selections. The Portuguese cheese with ham and figs melted was great, the pork cheek with mushrooms was delicious and the garlic shrimps were nice. Followed by a cheesecake dessert. My wife is celiac and she mentioned that this was the best dinner she had in Sintra during our stay. If youâre feeling like something different and are tired of just cod on the menu head here for a nice selection of tapas. Service was great!

Went here for breakfast for our last morning in sintra! Food was amazing and staff were really welcoming! The decor inside is really cute and has great artworks on the wall/quotes like 'no WiFi talk to each other' which was really nice and also sported the traditional yellow colours of sintra/Portugal! Would recommend
