While visiting Albion College, we were told to try Malleable Brewing. We were greeted and seated immediately upon entering. We did arrive just after the noon hour and since the place was crowded, thought we would have a wait to be seated. Our wait happened between being seated and receiving our food, since that took about an hour. Friendly waitstaff, great space, good food. My husband really liked Batch #72 Black Saison.

This place has been around for quite awhile and nothing has changed. At least since I started going here 45 years ago. One thing has changed and that is the pizza isn't nearly as good as it used to be. OK for an old friend meet and greet and a shot and a beer but that is about it.
