We didn't get to eat at this pub, but we did enjoy the live bands here more than once. We were able to watch our favorite football game at the same time. We had a lot of fun singing and dancing with the cover band.

This is a bar. The atmosphere is a bar. The food is as good as any high end bistro in Dallas. This kitchen is excellent with blue collar pricing. I have worked through many menu items and several specials in the weeks Iâve been in town and you canât go wrong. Service is top notch and with Buba in charge of front of house it will stay that way.

We went based in the reviews. Menu is odd. Food is pretty good. My guess is a few visits here and you could find some dishes you loved. Beef street tacos pretty darn decent. Cuban nachos interesting. Almost really good.

Well, what can you say about a Chili's? This one was just like all others... The food was good quality, hot and fast. The prices were fair, and overall the restaurant is in good shape. The people make the difference here. There are some of the NICEST people in this restaurant. They're friendly and attentive, and the overall vibe is great!

The Taphouse is a locally owned and operated Abilene restaurant and bar that specializes in what we like to call Texas Comfort Food. Our made-from-scratch menu is flanked by a huge selection of craft beer, craft cocktails, and a carefully chosen wine list
I've been several times, including a birthday dinner back in February of this year. Most recently, went to brunch maybe 3 weeks ago. It's never been perfect, but it's still always been good.Waitstaff sometimes takes a while to get to you, but that's because it's been packed every time I've been. When they do get to you, they're very helpful and nice, willing to do anything to make sure your meal is right.Once a cocktail was just too strong for me, they replaced it without any problem. Occasionally, I'll order something that isn't quite what I expected, but it's always still good, except that first time there, the tea-brined chicken was a little too salty. Sides and dessert were still fantastic. My personal favorite menu item is the steak diane, great with the potatoes and green beans (still have a little crunch to them, not mushy, taste excellent) or subbed with asparagus instead of the beans. The sauce is just amazing, and my steak has always been tender, well worth the money spent.Brunch menu is good, but limited. I just wish I wasn't lactose intolerant so I could try the french toast. Also, my dad says that chicken fried steak is good, and that's pretty much his standard for whether or not the place is a good one.I understand that in the beginning there were some issues with waitstaff. Well, those reviews seem to be from pretty early on, and now the place is absolutely amazing. I always look forward to my next trip back. It's pricey, but worth it.(The only issue I ever have had there has been caused by fellow customers being annoying by being obnoxiously loud or crowding a bit into my space on the patio.)

Small town venue with big town draft beer choices and TV's galore. What else could you ask for on College-Saturday or NFL-Sunday. I had a good time and the staff was wonderfully friendly.

We attended a performance of "Peter and the Star Catcher" on Friday nite. The dining room we were in was very cozy and there was good room for all eight of us at the table. The play was sponsored by the Paramount Theater and it was a well produced play. The cast was professional in their portrayal of the multiple characters each played. The action was carried on in and around the tables as well as the stage area. The music was excellent and well timed. Wine was served with dinner...not the best selection of wine with dinner. The food was served buffet style. It was prepared well, presented in in a simplistic manner, and was hot and good. It was a very pleasant evening of theater, drink, and food.
