We had another very tasty meal here at the polash. Can't fault the food or the service, staff are very friendly and accommodating. Lovely old style Indian restaurant with traditional Indian cuisine, cooked to an excellent standard. I would recommend the tandoori trout if you're a fish eater, absolutely gorgeous and arrives sizzling!

I will never eat from here again! On collecting my vegetarian meal got home, everything looked as it should, box labelled paneer, start eating and yes there was some paneer but also a load of chicken which I hadn't realised until eating. When I phoned I was told that I had ordered the paneer and chicken mix which I hadn't and never have! Kept saying it was my fault and that they would do me another. Not eating another now I've got to go and throw this one up! No apology and hung up on me when I said I would be coming round for my money back. Totally disgraceful and rude!

Another delicious meal at the Indian Ocean. The standard and taste of food for both eating in and takeaway are amazing, the flavours and exceptional and always just the right amount of spice, service in the restaurant can't be faulted either. Highly recommendThank you Sir
