Came here for a 50th birthday meal with about 20 other family members, the food was adequit however small portions for the cost of the meal. Bartender tried overcharging for drinks and rude waiters having a go at us for wanting to have a seperate bill to make it easier when it comes to paying. (Also bill was just a calculator rather than a written summary to check everything is correct) Rude to other members of the family. Another reason for complaint is that it took them ages to bring drinks out that we had to ask again 20 minutes later and that was only for water and cola. However the decor was nice inside with nice seating areas for private functions, just a let down on the service. Wouldnt go again due to the service. Chefs did a good job for the speedy service with the amount to make but please make portion sizes bigger for kids.Dear Customer,We as a business set a high standard for ourselves, and weâre so sorry to hear this was not met in your interaction with our business. On the plus side, many thanks for mentioning the things that you did like.We always aim to deliver a great experience. We are gutted when we miss the mark! Went for meal on new years eve.staff very attentive and friendly.meals were ordered and arrived very quickly.the quality of food was excellent.price very reasonable.will definately go back for more.

Great food as always and lots of people agreed as it was very busy for the Sunday Buffet , with lots of families in having the food. Easy to find in Whitefield and great to use for meet ups with friends or family, Food very Hot and Spiced but I tend to have Korma as itâs not too hot and I do like Dansak too , but others like very hot food and this was great for them too. Staff very nice guys and place very pleasant and very clean .

Weâve been coming here regularly for many years. We are saddened to notice that this year, on 10 separate occasions, that the main courses appear to have been downgraded? eg; Samba- now a mushy gloop instead of thick lentil sauce, also Karahi- was a thick tasty sauce with fresh peppers , now a mushy sauce with barely any peppers?It appears that the restaurant has downgraded the food quality since last November? I believe this will prove to be a mistake, everyone I know who visits Shabbaz has noticed. Itâs a real shame, this used to serve really excellent food. Not any more.
A family business in the heart of Radcliffe. We make all our food with the freshest ingredients and it's cooked right in front of you. We pride ourselves on our curries, kebabs and Thai food. All homemade and from scratch, nothing artificial.
This food was amazing, never had any better anywhere else. Quick service, Everthing was delicious. Thanks guys, recommended to family and we will be back, fantastic night.

There is no such thing as a bad meal here, the food is consistently good, no matter what the order is. Staff are extremely helpful and you always get a friendly welcome. Visited for the first time on Friday 1/11 with 3 girlfriends. The staff here are very attentive. The food was nice all four of us having different meals. Itâs quite an upmarket restaurant with chandeliers and comfy couch seating area and very brightly lit, however really noisy as the acoustics lend themselves to enhancing everyoneâs conversations so quite hard to hear ourselves. We are glad to know that you and your girlfriends have enjoyed the meals and the attentive service we provided. However, we can see that you had difficulty hearing each other because of the noise created by the acoustics.
