We are a couple taking a short break in the area and fancied a nice "Ruby Murray", so after a number of recommendations inc Tripadvisor finished up at this restaurant. Cannot fault the experience, service levels were good with attentive staff and owner. As with most Indian restaurants it depends on chef as to how spicy and intense the flavours are but his food was certainly within parameters and for taste his Vindaloo was probably one of the best I have eaten, possibly a little more heat for my palate.Would certainly go again.

Ordered from here last night then received an email saying order delayed by 25 minutes another 25 minutes later got a phone call saying we don't deliver in your area but you can come and pick it up!! Staying locally in a hotel we ordered from this takeaway one evening the curry was vile. Both far to sweet 100% not home made and not edible 2 completely different Carey's where ordered that came exactly the same tasted awful would never ever ever ever go again!

Really good Indian restaurant. Turned up on a Saturday evening without a reservation and was able to get a table straightaway despite the restaurant being busy. Food was excellent with lots of more unusual dishes on the menu. Service was very friendly and also very good value for money.

We ordered for delivery and waited patiently because itâs a Saturday night, will be busy and we like it here. Food arrived. Three items were missing. No problem or so we thought, I called up and they said I was lying and told me heâd packed the order himself. Then told me to drive over there and take the food back to prove it. Said Iâd bring it back on the basis I got a refund, they donât do refunds. Then told me theyâd deliver missing items in around half an hour, âthe other food will go cold I saidâ, he replied with âyouâve got a microwaveâ and hung up. Shocking. Obviously wonât be ordering from here again.
