Went last night after being recommended. Enjoyed it. Food was good, tiny place with great atmosphere and nice friendly staff. We ordered 2 specials and although truthfully there wasnât much difference between the 2, they were nice anyway. Menu is keenly priced and good for the remote area which has surprisingly loads of competition from further down the road to Todmorden The best part was the âliving roomâ atmosphere and good service I can recommend it and could easily return although the local competition is equally good tooThanks guys, it was nice

The food was absolutely tasteless, the two main courses cost £11.95 and £15.95!! The first was described as Bengal Chillie Chicken (hot) it was the most bland, tasteless Indian meal I have ever tasted in 35 years of eating Curry!! I do not exaggerate? The other meal King Prawn Goa (£15.95) absolute joke!!! Frozen tasteless prawns, vegetable sauce which was included tasted like wallpaper paste!! Chips tasteless, Peshwari nan soaked in oil, rice very average. When complaint was made about Chillie chicken, no answer came and no apology!!! Absolutely disgusting restaurant!! I would be very careful if you intend to visit and expect to get a decent authentic meal. On the plus side the restaurant is very nicely laid out, with table cloths and napkins. If you could bring your own ready meal in from M and S and just buy there drinks it would be lovely? I would not visit this restaurant again if they gave me free food for the rest of the year!! Iâm not exaggerating. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE MEAL.

Burnley's most modern Asian Restaurant offers an inspiring combiynation of traditional and modern Asian food. We combine Eastern Spices in Western Cuisine.
Turned up twice in recent months midweek and surprised to be only one in. Had this experience previously.Which is a shame as itâs a nice modern restaurant with an interesting menu and good service.Recent meal of chicken tikka starter followed by chicken tikka Korai was very tasty.Perhaps they need some midweek specials to get the punters in. Others in the area do and Iâve seen them very busy as a result.

We decided to try Bombay Lounge and although the food was good I was a little disappointed, I visited with my friend who is a vegetarian and had ordered the cheese samosa, the samosa which was served was a meat one when we mentioned to the waiting staff they told us it was because there were no cheese ones left. Incompetent and unprofessional

Went this evening with my husband and fussy eater daughter with my taatecard. Ashoka is our regular Indian of choice and recently has undergone a massive makeover with clear love being pumped into it. We were greeted by a friendly smart young man who went out of his way to make us feel comfortable and well catered for. My husband had the meal of the week which we had seen on Facebook and I had a shashlik with a sauce of my choice. We were offered complimentary popodoms which were fab as always. Meal was exceptional as usual and offered a departing drink. The price is very reasonable and we were also given a voucher to use on our next visit. Well done guys 20 years and counting and still going strong.
