We stayed in Krimml one night and ate at this establishment. We sat outside on the terrace and found it to be very busy but not crowded. We have been traveling in Tirol in the beginning of May. Unfortunately we were not aware of the fact that summer season in the Austrian part starts only after May 20th thus many hotels and restaurants were closed and it was difficult to find a place to eat in the evening. We stayed overnight on a farm close to Neukirchen and drove there in search of a restaurant. This place was opened so we decided to give it a try. According to a sign It serves "Greek and Italian" food (that's why gyros is listed among the Austrian specialies??) I assumed it's a family restaurant and the guy who was taking order is one of the owners. Anyway the bigger part of the restaurant was occupied by the family/friends, there was loud music and smoking so we chose a small room facing the kitchen which was also stuffy. The prices were not low and I kind of expected reallybig portions but what we'got looked very average in size and very disappointing in appearance. Taking into account that our order arrived in less than 10 minutes Isuppose it's been pre-cooked and it tasted like such kind of food - more like cheap fast-food not a restaurant. My moussaka (which could have been really good especially if the restaurant specialises in Greek cousine) was a lump of some sort of pasta stuck together with some aubergine and minced meat - more like bad lazagne, my partners Wienerschnietzel was two peaces of bred-crumbed pork fried with french fires, very ordinary. 10 euro per dish is not a big deal but when you go to a "restaurant" you expect something freshly cooked not heated in a microvave...My tastebuds were very upset. So: vapid food + stuffy air + no soap in WC (both of them!) = failure

We popped in here after walking to Neukirchen from Bramberg and were ready for refuelling. The food is traditionally Austrian and very hearty. We had a Weinerschnitzel and Kasnocken (like macaroni cheese) which was really good washed down with a couple of cold Radlers (lager / lemonade). Although it was raining we were able to sit outside as there are really large umbrellas which kept us dry. The prices are very reasonable considering it is one of the main restaurants in the town and the place to go after skiing in the winter.

After long trip into Neukirechen we found this nice restaurant as nearest option for dinner. Restaurant is sweet, clean and comfortable. Cousain is lets say better then average and service is quite nice. With classic schnitzel you will not make a mistake. Thanks a lot.

With a unique view of the Habach glacier, the Weyerhof is located at the entrance of Europeâs only natural emerald deposits, the Habachtals and is first recorded as existing as early as 1130. The Weyerhof has been family-owned since 1832. Still today, the
Large dinner for friends both foreign and local. Immaculately served, lovely cooking, beautiful wine and about 100 euro per person for 5 courses seemed very cheap. Love this place and will return!

Ate here twice during our short ski holiday. Dinner was hearty. I enjoyed the liver dumpling soup so much, I returned two days later for another bowl. Excellent, friendly service, good food. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a home-cooked meal in a traditional setting.

A very often forgotten place to have lunch in the ski area of Königsleiten (Zillertal Arena). You will find and extensive menu to choose from. All dishes seems to be thoroughly produced and the taste is good. Very nice outdoor seating if the weather is right. The few steps you have to walk is nothing to get an affordable meal.
