Things to do in Temora
Gentleman behind the counter was very friendly and efficient. Cafe was clean with the floor being mopped when we walked in. The burger and chips were great. Choice of salts for the chips including chicken salt.Unfortunately the only choice of flavoured milks in the fridge were Barista Bros, which is not of the type of milk I prefer.Otherwise it was all good.

We arrive latish on a Saturday night, but the staff were still friendly. The menu was reasonable, and the food & drinks were served quickly. Our meals were enjoyable, without being spectacular, and typical of a well run country Club. We'll dine here again when we are next in Temora.

Staying at the Goldtera hotel, I received a buy a drink get one free, and $5 off a meal. The venue is nice but the bar staff were cranky, unfriendly to outsiders to the point if feeling I was intruding. Limited beer options on tap, but the usual array of standard beers.I ate at the bistro, it is reasonably expensive for a bistro. I had chicken snitzel with avocado ($26). Small average salad. The bistro staff came around after some encouragement and were friendly enough. It lacks vibe, friendliness, I didnât feel welcome and as a future regular visitor to Temora will look at other options to compare

I chose this cafe for breakfast based on other reviews and the breakfast and coffee is great. They use Toby brand coffee is always good and others agree the service was good and I grabbed the bacon and egg roll which was to my liking with a runny egg yummy.MarkSydney Australia

Spent a nice time with good food and coffee. Decor includes interesting collection of modern kitchenware for sale. Reasonable price too. Friendly staff and prompt service. Other patrons were locals so must be OK to survive.

We called in here to have some coffee and lunch to fuel up for a visit to the Temora Aviation Museum. The coffee was good and the toasties on Turkish bread tasty and filling. I can't recall the last time I had a café sandwich with ham that had been cut straight off the bone. We sat outside and watched the world go by but there were plenty of locals inside demonstrating the popularity of the café locally.

The food is so fresh and so flavoursome. I had the kofte kebabs - never had better with handmade hummus, baba ganoosh, tabouleh and slaw and capsicum salad - all delicious. The owner was a joy too. If this was in my town Iâd go back a lot and eat my way through the whole menu. My husband had lovely grilled barramundi.

The lunchtime crowd was still enjoying their meals, when we stopped in for a milkshake. The decor is delightfully old fashioned, with booths. It is obviously very popular. the staff very friendly. It has an extensive menu at very reasonable prices.

We arrived at 7pm and ordered our meals. The pub was busy but not completely full. It was the Thursday leading into the Temora Airshow so they would have to know that things would be busy and would have to cater accordingly.Unfortunately the chicken parmas came out at 8.45 pm, yes 1.45 hour wait!!!Yes, the size was generous but the parmas were completely black along the edges. They were so burnt we could not eat the edges. We were too hungry at that stage to send them back. The waitress placed the plates on the table and just shrugged. Seriously consider going to another pub or place for food when in town if this is the sort of service you receive.

Restaurant situated in the Temora Bowling Club
Dinner for two on a Friday night at Shanâs Dinerâs Choice at the Temora Bowling Club. We selected the duck spring rolls, pork belly, salmon and brandy snap rolls. All the dishes were excellent and we couldnât fault the flavours or the cooking. Mains portions were slightly small considering the price, but overall we would rate the food 5/5. The restaurant atmosphere, decor, cleanliness and service let this place down. Drinks are unfortunately served by a bar staff from the club downstairs who comes up to the restaurant periodically. The table settings have seen better days and the wine glasses set on the tables are all different styles and do not match. Dining chairs are quite grubby and are very old fashioned. We ended up going to the fridge in the dining room to get our own water bottle and glasses after waiting for the waitress to bring it to us. But she was nonetheless a lovely young girl. Good 5/5, restaurant 2/5
