Ok food service quite poor service and rude staff who were not very welcoming Wouldnât recommend or return
Absolutely brilliant! Cosy atmosphere, open fire, beautifully cooked food and personalised service for food and wine. Anda and David always go out of their way to make your dining experience a good one. Caters well for small groups. Would thoroughly recommend. They have great coffees and their cab sav is one of the best in the Yarra Valley. Food is well priced and well cooked using local produce. I love going there again and again and again!

This is hardly a place one finds on a weekend drive: it is certainly out of the way up a long side trackFrom the outside is is difficult to recognise a vineyard/restaurant. Generally a very untidy exterior.Seating was available both inside and out. We were there on a warmish day but even so the interior ceiling fans were not operating and it was a tad warm. The Winery concentrates mainly on red wine although there are two whites available. I tasted a couple and there were very acceptable. As a light meal we chose a small plate of Sourdough bread with Olive oil and Dukkah. It was very tasty. We then shared an antipasto plate of fresh pickled vegetables, Hummus, and bread. The vegetables were quite salty to the taste and even more so with the Hummus, I have never had a Hummus that was so salty.Despite its shortcomings it was a pleasant enough place spot for a quick meal. Hosts were friendly enough and provided lots of information on the wines and craft beer, the later also brewed at the same place.Return? probably not.
At the heart of Yarra Valley, Ducky Café is a brand new coffee shop located in Seville 3139 VIC. We serve a range of espresso drinks, full of blended best aroma bean coffee and best sandwiches breakfast for you to stop by. Exceptional services and we are
Four of us went to the Ducky Cafe for a late breakfast. The trip advisor reviews looked promising and I was optimistic. But in the end the Ducky Cafe is just another very average cafe. I'm not sure where all the "Excellent" reviews are coming from. Maybe there's just no competition in Seville, or the locals just aren't that discerning. On the positive side the service was very cheerful and accomodating, the delivery of the food was prompt, and the prices were bargain basement (maybe that's the main attraction of this place). But in the end its all about the quality of the food and the meals were disappointing.
Itâs always special to be welcomed at a small boutique cellar door by the owner who has intimate knowledge of the whole wine making journey from soil and microclimate influences, grape variety, picking and bottling to appreciating the finished product. We sampled the whole range and went away happy with some favourite purchases. We will be heading back maybe midweek for those great wine conversations or perhaps at the weekend to try their pizzas. Whispering Hills wine is individual and substantial. You are bound to discover something to your liking. The cellar door vibe is authentically rustic and welcoming and a great place to unwind.

Return customers (been there over 8 times as we love the food and ambiance). Booked by phone and email for 1pm on Sunday (emails acknowledged by staff) specifically requested a table indoors near the window for guests from Margaret river region. Drove over 1.5 hours to get to the vineyard and only to be told - sorry we have given out your table as we thought it was a 12 noon booking. No tables indoors so offered a table outside near the fire place, however food went cold within minutes due to the winter like temperature in the outside seating area. Left over half a platter due to this which is a shame as we had raved about the food to our guests and it was a waste of money too. When I went to pay the bill and spoke with the owner - Leo, was told "at least you got in" which is rather arrogant and appalling. No apology, no offering of a complimentary glass of wine (which would have cost him nothing!!!! I understand it is difficult to get a table at times as it is a popular place to spend an afternoon sipping a glass of vino and a nice platter, however there are a vast number of vineyards in the Yarra Valley that deserve our patronage and money so will not be going back there in a hurry. Oh and don't ask Leo the owner for a wine tasting if you are coming in for a meal in case you want to try it out before ordering - he gets quite "iffy" about it and gives you either quarter centimeter of wine or says no time as we have wine tasting groups that have come in. So much for promoting their vineyard and so much for service - extremely disappointed.

We arrived with 2 horses and a bicycle. The café provides a dedicated fenced section for horses allowing you to enjoy a nice break And keeping your transport sound and safeThe café is cleverly styled around a pretend railway station using an old railway carriage as the indoor option with more tables being placed onto the roofed and elevated railway platform with further outdoor seating being dotted throughout the extensive lawns. The service was lovely, however the food wasnât fantastic. Beverages which included a soy latte, a chai latte and chocolate milkshake made up for the average food.My 4 points are for the service and the unique feel this place provides.

Outstanding setting overlooking beautiful countryside. We ordered the $60 4 course banquet, we ordered wine by the glass to sample 4 different wines from the winery. The dishes were excellent and the wines extremely good. Wait staff were efficient and friendly. Make sure you get there in the daylight to take in the beauty of the location.

Searching on my computer, found a Winery Experience for four people being advertised by Scoopon.Called Gourmet Yarra Valley Winery Experience for four people valued at $130, being offered for $65 in total for all four including a generous glass of wine each of your own choosing.Venue being Wild Cattle Creek Estate at Seville in the Yarra Valley. On arrival, we were offered various wines to taste and to choose which one you would like during your meal. For $65, you can choose either the cheese, antipasto or desert board.Being four people, you are entitled to one of the large boards, but the winery was kind enough to let us have two of the small boards. We chose the cheese and antipasto boards.Wonderful boards with plenty of choices on each. There is also a two person deal on offer for $33.Ren (Rhiannon) was a charming and knowledgeable hostess during our visit.Highly recommend visiting this lovely winery.
