A cafe and second hand clothing market in Prosoectwhat a great ideaThe cafe is bright well set up with a good menu for breakfast brunch and lunch. The smashed pumpkin with feta and poached eggs on sourdough was simply delicious. The market section is a bit untidy and has a musty smell but we found a few great bargains the clothing is a mix of retro and designer brands at very good prices.

It's hard to know how to be fair to this meal. There's no doubt it was a unique experience, I think I tried around a dozen foods I'd never even heard of, let alone eaten - marron with green tea ants? Crocodile soup? All were astonishing, original and none were revolting.Service is great, and the pace is just right. But at the end of the day what counts is the food, and, to be frank, as interesting and as original as Orania undoubtedly is, we didn't leave here thinking we'd eaten a memorable meal. Some of the dishes were very good, a few were unremarkable, but none, to us, were dishes we'd be talking about for years to come. This was by no means a waste - compared with similar places in Sydney or Melbourne, the price was fair, it just didn't quite hit the heights we'd hoped for.I'd say come, have your senses challenged, and make up your own mind.

Located in the heart of the Adelaide Botanic Gardens. Awarded Restaurant of the Year and Chef of the Year at the Restaurant & Catering Awards 2017. Listed as 37 in the Gourmet Traveller Top 100 Restaurants, the unique contemporary Australian menu consists
Everything about this restaurant is excellent, the food is exquisite, presentation is spot on and the staff are so accomodating! We had a round table for 8 which was lovely, we all chose the 3 coarses for $70, the coarses served with just the right amount of time between them and all meals came out at the same time served by 4 waiters and each coarse was explained in detail! Have already booked again for Christmas!

The award-winning Playford Restaurant offers innovative world-class cuisine. Open for breakfast and for dinner, through professional yet unobtrusive service our aim is to deliver a highly personalised guest experience in keeping with the hotel's philosoph
We were staying at a different hotel but could not resist the breakfast here, in fact we ate there three times. The food is exceptional and fresh , locally sourced. Interestingly there is a herb garden on the rooftop of The Playford . We were well looked after by the professional staff particularly Capri. Without any doubt she offered true hospitality. She is an absolute asset , seamlessly doing her job and making each guest feel important. Our breakfast consisted of fresh fruits , yoghurts, Bircher meusli and pastries , various hot food and of course barista coffee ( which was a little extra). Definitely we will be returning to this hotel which has incredible European designed decor . You can imagine you are in Parisian city or similar.

Georges on Waymouth was established by George & Voula Kasimatis in November 2002, with the aim of serving fresh seasonal produce with impeccable service in a classic European setting. In the heart of Adelaide's CBD, Georges on Waymouth is an undeniable cro
As can be discerned from the title, I was less than overwhelmed by George, but nothing was amiss. It was a quiet Thursday. I had the anti pasti, Rather too much for one, the arancini was good and freshly cooked, the fish was also good but the rest was standard stuff. Nice olives. The duck orzo main was also substantial and was tasty, plenty of duck and a good selection of veg, the pickled small onions were a bit overpowering. I had wine by the glass. The riesling was good but the cabernet sauvignon from Coonawara was outstanding. It does have some sediment, suprising for a 2016 wine. Service was good.

Fresh, Simple, Delicious food in Adelaide's West End
We had a meal before a show recently, it was a Friday night so the place was very busy. The welcome and the service in general was excellent, leaving nothing wanting. The menu was interesting and frankly, made choosing difficult - always a nice problem! The wine list was slightly obscure, which is OK to a point, but there was certainly good variety here too.The food was simply stunning and it isnât difficult to see why Peel Street has the reputation that it has.Well worth a visit, and we look forward to returning.

We went here for brunch and the food was a lovely, as were the staff. The venue is really cute and fun. The meals are a decent size and quite delish!

Welcome to The Messy Tomato. Much of Italian life revolves around the family dinner table. Itâs well known that Italians are deeply versed in the gioie della tavola, or âthe joys of the table.â Perhaps the first thing people think of when they think of It
Found this little gem on TripAdvisor. From the start we knew it was a winner. Funky takes on brekkie, the flavours were fresh and different to what you would normally see but truly delicious. The coffee was great and the service spot on. We even got some recommendations based on local knowledge. And the Central Markets are worth a visit

I recently headed into UR Cafe for some breakfast, on a mid-week morning. The place was reasonably busy and i was shown to a table against the wall. Interestingly, the bench seat base was made from old doors which wasnât exactly the most comfortable this to be sitting on, and the old, thin cushions didnât help much. The menus were all stained and dog eared, needing a major overhaul in my opinion. I felt like I wanted to wash my hands after handling it.But for all of that, the breakfast, standard eggs & bacon on toast was a large serve and served hot & fresh. Coffee was OK but my long black was cool before I had managed to finish it.Overall, not an experience that I would go out of my way for in the future.

At hotel with large dining room in several sections. Order at the bar. Menu had changed since last visit but good selection on the menus. Service good and good food. Slightly up market hotel but still reasonable prices.
