Sister's Rock Restaurant is a unique intimate restaurant, located at the top of Borrodell Vineyard, overlooking the Pinot Noir block with glorious views across the valley & beyond. Our philosophy of food has developed around a love of growing produce on t
We managed to get a late booking for lunch last weekend: staff should have said- fully booked. We waited an hour for entrees and then another 30 minutes for mains. However the food was superb and we were offered free drinks. It was a Long lunch.Hi NarelleI am sorry that service was a bit slow. Mothers Day is a very busy day for restaurants, but I am glad you enjoyed the food. We look forward to seeing you another time.

There is a printed menu but have a daily blackboard menu were you get to try many of the chef's dishes
We opted for the luxury king room because I imagined a country town pub/hotel to have shared bathroom down the hall but was very pleasantly surprised to walk into a lovely big room with en suite and fluffy white towels. The king sized bed was firm and comfortable. The aircon was effective although a little noisy although the room was really quiet. Breakfast was included in the price which was an individually cooked bacon eggs tomato or any cooked variety. I would definitely recommend staying here. Not at all like imagined. I would definitely stay here again

The upshot was a good cup of coffee, however frustrating to have the staff serving their favourites before people who ordered first.I was second in the queue to order, the next person in the queue (3rd person) waved to the order taker and placed her order, then first person, then me ( second person) and then forth person.... coffees were produced 3rd person, 4th person !!, first person and the 2nd person.Wonât be going backThank you for your review. We are glad you enjoyed your coffee. We are a small and very busy establishment, we do offer a phone app, for people who do wish to pre-order their coffees and skip the queue, Our coffee app is called SKIP, this app can be downloaded and used with cafes Australia wide :-) We also encourage clientele to phone through their orders on 02,63691299We endevour to provide our best and efficient service, if you would like to disguss your review further and or have any further recommendations please email us at [email protected], Cheers Taylor

Simply Nile is a unique, alfresco dining experience set in the tranquil streets of Orange. The three courtyards, and indoor seating, provide an all weather option for a relaxing breakfast or lunch. We are able to cater for groups, big or small, and also h
Came here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. It's obviously popular and there was quite a crowd, so that's usually a good sign that people are happy with the venue. The menu wasn't particularly interesting- mostly just standard cafe breakfast fare, but what we had was fine and the coffee is good. The waffle dish is served cold, which was a bit of a surprise. The atmosphere is good and the service was friendly if a tad slow.

Scrumptious by name and Scrumptious by reputation. Enjoy a friendly family run cafe experience in Orange that is highly focused on quality. Scrumptious on Summer Cafe has a fresh, flavoursome, imaginative menu - always featuring dishes highlighting local
Scrumptious on Summer was the only cafe advising gluten free availability and open at 7am when I looked on Trip Advisor! They get my business! While I considered sitting outside, the 5° temperature persuaded me to enjoy the warmth of indoors.Breakfast menu was extensive and almost everything was available with gluten free options. The long black coffee was great! Strong tasty and caffeinated! The coffee was brought to me very quickly so I was able to sip contentedly waiting for my food.Spanish Omelette with the lot took quite a while to arrive but it was worth waiting for! Oven baked with fresh baby spinach, tomato, button mushrooms, feta, sundries tomatoes, mozzarella, bacon, Trunkey chorizo, double smoked ham and oh so tasty! So filling too! I was intrigued by the combined salt and pepper mill: twist left for pepper and twist right for salt: I'm a gadget man!I asked for gluten free but though the toast didn't look or taste gf, so after 1 bite I left it aside and hopefully I don't get "glutened."Highly recommended!

I stayed at the Mid City Motel, and dinner at this restaurant two nights, and I have to say food was great, u didn't have Indian, as I am not a fan of spicy food, but the Australian food was good. Great service, nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Lolli Redini is a must do restaurant in Orange. It has one hat - well deserved. It features lots of local food and wines done superbly. Our favourite was the cheese soufflé entree and the venison main course. Patchy service but the food more than made up for it.

Our food takes inspiration from our travels across the globe . We present to you the best local produce from the region and beyond cooked in our commissioned "Lucifer" wood fired oven to impart a unique flavour. Hence our name "Charred". We are open from
We have been to Charred many times and the experiences have always been very good. But lunch today for 9 adults and 6 kids was dreadful. The problem is the tapas menu. It doesnât work. It is limited. It is dominated by dishes that rely heavily on bread, crisps and other simple carbs. It seemed like the restaurant was trying too hard. Are they after a hat? What was presented was well prepared but if you were hungry there was only appeared to be one dish that would have filled you, the duck cassoulet. There was a dish based on beef that we did not try but given its price it was unlikely to be substantial enough to satisfy someone who was hungry. We get that it is supposed to be a tapas menu but it failed there because it was so limited. In addition, other than from the sommelier David the service was very average.
