Experience and taste the fabulous fermentations of mango, jaboticaba, bush cherry, mulberry, and passion fruit at the unique de Brueys Boutique Winery and Functions Venue, Mareeba.
We're dry wine drinkers but always willing to try winemakers efforts to create something new.Worked our way through the list but didn't find anything that we would want to invest in. The interesting story is why the place was created. The original owner had a large mango grove and when pricing went down decided to try to make an end product that he could sell.We saw the same effort with wondaree macadamia when Greg decided to control growing, production and sales.
Newer cafe.Spanish Mackerel Chips & Salad is fresh.Service is a little slow.I will be back to try other menu options

We cook fresh to your request
Food was OK..... but oh dear......what an unfriendly experience. There was no signage about not accepting credit cards and only found this out after placing our order. When asked about the signage we were greated with "well everyone knows we don't take cards" and then rudely directed to an atm outside. Not a pleasant place really especially when on holidays. Put a damper on our day. The food was ok but what went with is was unfortunate

We went to the Mareeba Legues Club with some trepidation, but, upon our entry we were made more than welcome by both the locals and the staff members. We had a lovely meal, which was of a great quality and good value for money. We spoke to a few locals in the Club and by the time we left we felt we were amongst the best of friends. I would have no difficulty at all in recommending the Club to anyone visiting Mareeba.Thank you for your review of our community club wackywalton!
