I used to be a returning customer at this place, because there are certain health foods I like to buy that I canât find anywhere else in Lennox. Most things you can find here are quite tasty, but heavily overpriced! I used to come in heaps, for the home made salads and snacks, but the last few times I was so disappointed! The salads are quite pricey and I would be happy to pay if they actually came with what is displayed, but then I ended up paying $12 for a few pieces of kale and broccoli, without more that the thinkers hit of the topping on it. The time before that I thought the âmini vegan pizzaâ looked nice (although really small for $7), ended up just being a cracker with some roast vegiâs on top, barely 2 bites. Last time I had the zucchini salad with tofu, I had to go back after taking it home because I didnât notice that it was only half filled (it had a lid on it) until I got home, also only had 3 tiny crumbles of tofu on it. I RAN back to politely ask if it could be fixed up for me and the customer services was ABYSMAL. When saying âsorry I donât want to be a pain, but could you please fill this upâ, the young girl replied with â well I didnât do itâ. She ended up tipping it up a little bit ( still not full) and said âwell thatâs the last of it anywayâ. I apologetically said again that Iâm sorry but itâs just a bit expensive to only get it filled half way, and she just rolled her eyes and walked off. Left there with a very sour taste I my mouth and the salad wasnât even hood that day. Shouldâve just asked for a refund. So disappointing that the owner was also thee when it happened but didnât even come to speak to me or apologise. No apology was made by anyone for the mistake. Safe to say I will not be going back and even though I live in Lennox, Iâll be happy to drive in to Ballina fair for my health foods from now on. On a positive note, if you are willing to pay $7,50, the vegan dessert slices are really nice. Also try the bulk shop close by for you bulk foods, instead!

We read an article in the local paper which said nothing of the food but focused on the philosophy of the place. Well, the food was wonderful, simply prepared with clean & clear flavour. Service is very sharp - on point!

This place was recommended to us by a local, we time our arrival for happy hour only to find HAPPY HOUR only means beer When we inquired why just beer, the answer was âbecause we have HAPPY HOUR EVERY DAY!âThis made no sense whatsoever to us but didnât want to get the barmaid off side more than she was. HAPPY HOUR in other establishments that offer this service is usually on anything or at least beer, wine, and spirits! Club Lennox lift your game offering beer is sexist and this offer is obviously only there to cater for the locals by the clientele that we sawLots of kids screening and yelling at their parents and parents ignoring them Food was average nothing to write home aboutVery underwhelming

I donât frequent Lime but visited for an impromptu breakfast and realised that itâs changed hands (a year ago apparently). I like that they have smaller ordinary sized breakfasts at a reasonable price rather than huge bloating breakfasts at higher prices to reflect the size.I ordered the bacon stack which Iâve enjoyed many times before which consists of one sour dough slice, a generous serve of cubed avocado, cubed tomato, one slice of fat free bacon and one poached egg garnished with a few green leaves and basil oil.I was greatly relieved as Iâd started reading reviews after Iâd ordered. Reviews in Dec werenât encouraging. I found the food as good as before, the coffee quite acceptable and the service friendly. Iâm glad that I tried it and made my own decision rather than being put off by other reviews.

Usually I have a coffee or chai here (both good) and occasionally one of their lovely scones but today I had breakfast and it was fabulous. The perfectly cooked soft thyme infused scrambled eggs had chunks of delicious naturally sweet baked pumpkin, fresh spinach leaves and feta stirred through. It was served on sour dough. It was a delicious twist on traditional scrambled eggs. The large coffee was huge and tasty. Iâll be back.

Great breaky spot. Plenty of seating, friendly staff and quick service. Meals were more than ample size and very good quality. The freshly squeezed orange juice hit the spot. Highly recommend going.

Shelter is getting tired. At dinner time at least. The dinner menu reads very well but the food is a below standard. Greasy roast potatoes, brussles (that's how they spell it) sprouts etc - not acceptable, you have to be really unaware not to get that right. Seafood was not fresh... overall a big disappointment for what used to be the best restaurant in Lennox by far. Please get some attention to detail people, cool, hip and all that is fine, but in quiet times it does not cut the mustard.... Went to Quattro for dinner, had a series of dishes recommended by our waiter Paul.He weaved together a taste sensation. We started with some warmed olives with some focaccia bread, moved onto squid with a fantastic tasting roe. Lamb ribs were very tasty then a prawn pasta dish. Finished on a decadent chocolate mousse with a salted caramel sauce. We shared the dishes and enjoyed everything. Thanks Paul, loved the experience.

Earlier in the day this cafe looked inviting for dinner so entered to make a booking for dinner. No problems. Arrived at the appointed time but no booking in their book. I had asked to be away from loud music as you canât hear the other person speak. No booking was in the book. The wine we ordered ( white) came out but it was the red variety. Luckily it hadnât been opened. We received our white in a bucket , plonked on the table unopened and said waitress disappeared. Finally ordered our meal that I must say arrived in good time and very tasty. Our other grip was the very loud music. You can not have an intimate conversation with blaring music. Did say something but the waitress said itâs not loud inside ( we were on the balcony in our â unbooked â table. The clientele were mainly older people so I dare say they didnât enjoy the loud music. Not a good experience. Hi, I want to start by sincerely apologising to you that we were not able to provide you with a positive experience.We are in fact known for our casual and friendly service style and our lively atmosphere. We do understand that some of our customers do prefer a quieter experience and try do do whatever we can to accomodate. After reading your complaint and discussing with the night staff your booking was in fact taken however the wrong name was jotted down and the ladies placed you on another table with haste.After two very innocent and fast recovered mistakes it appears that the ladies were already on the back foot with you. They would have happily turned down the speaker in your section or found another table had the have known before being spoken to about it at time of payment. I am sorry for the communication breakdown, we are human too & it happens. We wish you happy travels and that you find the right experiences for the remainder of your time in Lennox Head.Warm regards
