We dined here while staying over at the Gilgandra Van Park, they run a courtesy bus service to the park. Our dinner was cooked and presented nicely. This place has a nice local atmosphere with all licenced premises facilities.Some of the meals are up in price but there are budget offerings, too.Will dine there again :-)

Ate meal here for two nights. Meals were excellent and great value. Sweets good but a little on the dear side. Unusual system where you order everything at the bar several rooms away and then get served ffom the kitchen (with counter) next door. That ssid it works well with the limited staff there.

This place makes seriously good scallops, they are also very good value, they charge $1 each, but if they are not full size you get 2 or 3 for the dollar. You can ring ahead if travelling through and they will have an order waiting for you. Crispy batter with soft hot potato, chicken salt and lemon juice.
