We visited here for a lunch and we both chose hamburgers. The burgers were served quickly, well presented with a nice serving of chips each. The burgers consisted of large tasty meat patties with the usual salad trimmings on big Turkish bread buns. We both commented on the excellent quality of these hamburgers and the chips. We made sure we complimented the chef before we left. These burgers were better than what we later ate in various places including the U.S.A.. Well done to the chef a simple meal but delightful and only $12.00 per head.

After driving 4 gruelling hours we arrived at the Casino hotel and ordered a meal. The kitchen staff were polite, friendly and helpful. Battered Whiting and Grilled Barramundi served with chips and salad. Both the fish were beautiful, and was a decent size. The chips, chunky and crispy YUM, the salad had an awesome dressing and was as fresh as you could get. We asked for no onion or capsicum and the plate was served accordingly. The plates were large, and the food very satisfying and filling. GREAT pub grub. Congrats on the extremely clean surroundings and customer service :-)

I've stayed here quite a few times over the years, now with the new owners this is the place to stay in Casino. The motel is very nice, clean and comfortable with the restaurant a super bonus. The chef Steve is a great cook and to try and recommend a dish would be impossible they are all good. If you want a really good steak bring your appetite because they are large meals and super tender.Stewart and Margie have done a great job on the restaurant with a great outside eating area now, the staff are super friendly and helpful. What more could you ask for, great food, good booze lovely people and a short walk to a comfortable bed in a great town. I certainly will be back.

Had a very good meal of crispy skin salmon and Niçoise salad . It was fresh and well presented. We sat on the terrace and it was a pleasant evening. Also the bar had cranberry juice:) that was a plus. I can recommend it for a good meal.

Charcoal Inn Bistro, Casino. In the Charcoal Innâs Bistro; the cook Carla serves up home cooked meals that are amongst the best value, and quality served in pubâs that we have eaten in. We had the home made rissoles (Her Dadâs Recipe) with a quality onion gravy and 8 vegetables all cooked to perfection and well worth a try. The menu had lots of choices including specials at $12 and even the most fussy should be satisfied particularly given the price and quality. The Bistro was basic with clean facilities and friendly efficient staff. Like a lot of Aussie pubs in country towns it is a bit run down. However the bar was busy with a lot of friendly locals, and the drinks were at public bar prices. We would definitely eat there again.

Morning coffee was served with a pleasant smile. A mug of cappuccino comes with a standard double espresso shot, so asking for an extra espresso shot gives one a triple shot. The wifi inside was good, though not allowed to access my Telstra mailbox, no matter which way I tried.

Very yummy food - catered for Gluten Free. Good value, great service and friendly staff worth the stop to eat here. Was a bit hot needed a few more fans.

Visited for a school reunion held in a private function room upstairs. An easy flat walk from our hotel room Greeted with a smile by reception even though the sign in devices weren't workingService provided for food throughout the night was fast, efficient and delivered with smiles with nothing too much trouble and even help with decorations to be taken down after the party was over!Returning the next day for a fun game of barefoot bowls, green was ready, bar was open with coffees to nurse any last minute hangover cures or the hair of the dog or settle in to enjoy lunch and entertainment with a courtesy bus provided for patrons for evening showsCouldn't have had a much better experience to welcome us into town despite the rainy weather, which was also very welcome to a town caught up in the latest drought Top job! #visitCasino #RSMHello JenafariousThank you for taking the time to provide a rating and such a great review. We were a group of five, who popped in for dinner on a Wednesday night. Pleasant service with five different main course meals order. Though the hotel restaurant was very busy, our well presented and appealing meals came out shortly after. I had the salt & pepper calamari with salad and it was excellent, along with the other meals to our table. We will be back again, next visit to Casino.
