We have a sub-office in Yorkton so I go there once a month or so. I invariably eat at Arigato. Limited sushi menu but what they have is very good. A bit on the expensive side - $3 typically for a piece of nigiri but the fish is fresh and the pieces are a good size. The rolled sushi is good too.I am also fond on their Katsu.Service is adequate and usually quick. The restaurant itself is dated and needs to be refurbished.

This restaurant was great food is awesome friendly service clean and all aspects are great and very quick service
First Impression:I'm not usually to critical of a new restaurant, but I am going to have to make an exception here. This place is part of a large franchise and I had expected much more from it. It is an open cooking station type venue, and I appreciated the fact that the cooking area was spanking new and spotless, but one of the food prep staff was not even wearing a hairnet or cap and in all cases no one was wearing a beard net despite some staffers having either partial to full blown bushy beards. The atmosphere was modern with bar type seating and tables, but the AC was set to low making for a slightly cold dining experience. The FoodI had been hearing a lot of hype about this place so perhaps my critique is to focused on what I had to eat as opposed to the whole menu. I make my own Butter Chicken recipe, so I didn't want to try that in case I was disappointed. I ordered the Ginger Beef and Spring Rolls instead, and was sorely disappointed. There was absolutely no flavor to to the meal including the spring rolls. In all fairness, the beef was done just the way I would expect, but the Ginger (Flavoring) sauce and vegetables was absolutely lacking. It was as if they threw onions and a few shreds of green pepper into a corn syrup based sauce and that's it! No ginger flavor to be had at all. This was served on a scoop of rice that was the worst I have ever put in my mouth! Quite literally one step from being called white glue!Price? For 2 regular sized Ginger Beef, 1 order of Spring Rolls and 1 fountain beverage, the total came to $35.92. I said to my wife we could have dined at a nicer place for the same price and been served our food instead of serving ourselves.I may give this place a second chance as I am basing my experience regarding 2 items on their menu, but the price may be the deciding factor at this point.

Had a craving for oriental food, and this restaurant was very close to the hotel we stayed at, so chose it. It was a little later close to 7:30. Only about four other tables of patrons. Buffet has a large and varied selection. Chinese, Canadian, perogies, cabbage rolls, salad options. Food wasn't fresh because of the late hour. Several dessert selections as well. Many dishes tasted the same, not overly flavourful. Friendly, prompt staff. Reasonable price. All you can eat.
