I usually eat regular size crabs, soy sauce fermented. Bongsan-dong area, this street is filled with many crabs' restaurants. Mostly they do not receive single guest because they serve many side dishes so prefer minimum guests as 2. But here, this restaurant accept even one guest and serve nice side dishes together. You can ask one time refill if you need, but I think the first serving was good enough for me and even I was full. They serve soysauce crabs and red chilly paste crabs together even for one guest, so try both on first round, then when you ask for the refill, choose the one you like better. for the small side dishes, you can ask as much as you want, too. The way the staff talk is a bit blunt, but it does not mean they are not friendly, it is just the dilect. South part of Korea has strong accent of the language. In fact, the way they serve is quite nice and friendly. I strongly recommend this nice restaurant.

Hamo (ãã¢) is a Japanese name for pike eel and known as get-jang-eo in Korean. It is served either in sashimi or shabu-shabu and comes with a variety of vegetable to wrap and eat in the Korean style, and it's really delicious, especially with a bottle of soju.The restaurant is located in a nearby island, Gyeongdo, and the way to the restaurant itself is fun, too. Go to Yeosu harbor and take 5 min ride in ferry to arrive in the restaurant. Sitting in the seaside, you can enjoy a great view and relaxed vacation feelings.

Every single dish was so well seasoned and cooked! The variety of seafood, meat, soups, and rice was just wonderful. Can't remember not liking anything, everything was truly delicious. They cleared the table a few times to make room for more dishes just when we thought it was the end. Needless to say, we ate more than we could, didn't want to miss trying anything placed in front of us. The dessert was fruits and the most delicious apple cider ever. This was the foodie experience I went looking for in Korea.Best of all, it is very affordable~ Amazing.If you're in Yeosu, you have to go!
