My husband and I have eaten here a few times and have always enjoyed ourselves and the food. Each time we go, we try something new and the waitstaff are always willing to offer suggestions and descriptions of the items. The food is always delivered to the table quickly. As others have mentioned, the atmosphere is almost bordering on a cafeteria style - clean, but basic. They're putting their work and energy into the food. If you accept this fact, you'll be quite pleased with your meal, and you won't leave hungry.I would certainly recommend it for a warm and comforting bite to eat. It's across the street from the Berkshire Mall.

A huge bowl of steaming, aromatic broth, piled with rice noodles, your choice of protein and enough bean sprouts, basil and seasonings to make the perfect Pho. Truly an enjoyable meal! Also love their fresh, (not fried) spring rolls. Right in the middle of Penn Ave in West Reading.
We are big fans of hibachi, so our expectations were high. And Masa did NOT disappoint. From the warm greeting we received upon entering to the yummy food, we were extremely pleased. Our chef was both talented and hilarious, which should be the standard! He was also very accommodating and kept our kids riveted and well fed. Our party especially enjoyed the scallops, which were cooked to perfection, and the filet, which cut like butter. The tempura shrimp appetizer was a crowd pleaser and the Happy Masa cocktail was delicious. We were celebrating a birthday and truly felt like welcomed guests.

Have been there several times and will go back more ! They have a clean, attractivelylit place. Very polite staff and of course GREAT food. Went there for a weekday lunchbuffet and was truly surprised. Very reasonable price for all you can eat type display..Everything imaginable available from wonton soup to shrimp, scallops, beef, vegetables, rices etc. Everything oriental you may expect presented in an attracdtive and fresh manner and it was GOOD. What a true bargain. Normal evening menu is quite varied and they have a fresh sushi bar."If you like that" Everything was exceptional. You would never think a really nice place like this would be in a location of this nature.

The lunch specials are sized just right, and are a good value. Food was nicely prepared and tasty. We were surprised to have an appetizer/soup included in the lunch special--both were excellent! (Tom yum soup especially good)

Had the mango chicken and never missed the meat. Great place to walk on the veggie wild side. The portions were all good enough for two meals

It is across from Red Lobster. It is in the building where Denny's used to be located. It is the best sushi in town.
When a restaurant offers Japanese AND Chinese AND Malaysian AnD Thai you get none of the aboveEnter with no expectations and the food is reasonable: tasty, if not authentically ethnic; more than adequate in amount; for spicy dishes, hot enough, etc. served with the appropriate accompaniments: eg aJapanese meal comes with miso and salad. Attentive friendly service. Extensive local and foreign beers, wine and hard liquor Given that the âtop restaurantsâ around are fast food types specializing in death by cholesterol, this is a fairly good choice AND reasonably priced ( we did not do the hibachi bit)

First time to visit and glad we did. The restaurant atmosphere is tastefully executed. The service, although very slow, was pleasant. I ordered the chicken panang curry with jasmine rice. It was delicious. Right mixture of ingredients. Spicy, but worth every bead of sweat. Husband ordered Tom Yum soup and Pad Basil. He enjoyed his dish as well, but admitted he would order what I ordered the next visit. Portion was just right for lunch. Not sure if portion size increases for dinner menu? Everything was so good, we wouldâve loved more! Hope the review helps a bit. Definitely give this restaurant a try. We will certainly return again soon.
