This is a wonderful little restaurant with exceptional quality fresh food. It is family owned and the staff make you feel like you're dining at a friend's house. Decent wine and beer selection. Always excellent service and we've never had a bad meal there
Love this restaurant and so many dishes. Drunken noodles are a favorite. Wish the space was larger, not as crowded and noise level wasn't as loud. Not a place to have a decent conversation with anyone easily. Always book here when in the north bay.

I had never had cocktails made with sali before, but they are surprisingly good! The lemon drop was especially excellent. The best drink, however, was a cold unfiltered saki. The food was OK. Beef and basil lumpia rolls were great, but crab cakes were just average. The veggie pot stickers were like wet lumps of dough ... You can buy better ones at Trader Joe's or Costco. Service was very good.

Been visiting a friend in Windsor for many years and missed a turn and noticed Ume. My friend who has lived in Windsor for 30 years had never eaten here, so I said let's give it a try for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised! I chose chirashi which was beautifully arranged with a wonderful assortment of sashimi and pickled veggies. My friend loved her combo, a generous portion of perfectly lightly battered tempura and chicken teriyaki.Eating here was a great experience, friendly staff and most of all the meal was awesome.

We have eaten here twice now and will return! This restaurant was recommended by a co-worker and glad she did! The food is excellent! We are picky about our Chinese food and Yinkeng does not disappoint! The snow white chicken is yummy, the sizzling beef exceptionally tender. Their house fried rice is fluffy, you control the soy sauce which is great if you have an aversion to soy sauce. We recommend you try this place.
