My daughter, who lives in the area, had been wanting to try this place ever since it opened, so we gave it a try. The service was very personable, and they tried to satisfy all of our questions. One of my daughters had lived in Korea 10 years ago and found the food authentic enough. We enjoyed it.

Ate here for the first time. The couple who invited us eat here often. I can see why. The food was very tasty and a good size portion. My wife had the fried pineapple rice ( highly recommended by others as well) and I ordered the chicken panang curry ( a little sweeter than I'm used to, but good nonetheless). Come to find out the owner participates in personally assuring what you ordered and if you were satisfied with the food. We ate lunch and I observed 75-80% occupation. My friends tell me dinner time is less occupied. Overall , good food , not as spicy as one would think (chili sauce available for those who like to adventure). Service was adequate, considering the crowd. Bottom line , my wife and I will definitely go back.

Vietnamese Pho is not my thing, but curry and other dishes definitely are. If this place has great Pho, I would not know, so I defer to other reviewers. But after five visits and pretty much working the assortment of the menu, I know for sure that this place needs to work on the fundamentals. It is not cheap by comparative local standards, so the quality and taste has to improve. Pad Thai??? Leave it to the Thai folks. You got this one totally wrong twice. Not even close to resembling the taste. Curry...not well flavored. The basic lunch deals, spring rolls, etc are OK. But this restaurant can be an important niche in this town. The nice tasting bubba shake is not enough to carry it. Put some training into your cooks to get the flavors and sauces right.

Just left the buffet and will never be going back, the food that was just brought out from the kitchen was cold and tasted like someone had it before me and put it back. Told the hostess about the poor quality of the food and all she could do was stand there and say 17.00 dollar while grinning at you. Do yourself a favor and go find a good restaurant and eat out if the dumpster you'll have a better meal!! Next time I'm going to China Star.

Words, full stomachs, and satisfied smiles can only express the appreciation we have for the Pho Viet Owners, its Chefs and Service staff. We view your opening of this restaurant as a true act of faith and courage in the midst of stringent restaurant competition. A rare find is your establishment that one canât help, but lay aside traditional American cuisines to sample again and again popular dishes inspired by Vietnam. Cuisines that awaken the senses, satisfy deprived palates, and conciliate discontented stomachs! As a Veteran family, who has travelled to far and distant places and meeting, greeting and eating with people the world around. Thereâs a warm familiarity, upon arriving and sitting amongst a diverse crowed of patrons who all share things in common: the place, the taste and mutual indulgences. Further, we appreciate your honor discount that is very much appreciated! So, it is no wonder why your establishment received 4 forks from the Lunch Dude, to which we concur!

Weâve eaten here numerous times driving to and from Colorado. We love stopping here for a quick but nourishing meal with vegetables. What a huge improvement we saw this visit on good food quality, variety, and friendly service! We were there for lunch and they were quite busy. All the food was excellent. I highly recommend this buffet! We were in and out in thirty minutes which is the same time it usually takes for a less healthy fast food stop.

Service was not very good. Both female managers are very rude. The hibachi grills for dirty. If you say something you quickly become bullied in management intimidated us. We were treated as if we were not welcome. The two female managers went around to other employees and started bad-mouthing us. This is not a good environment for people with autism or any other disability.

A fairly average restaurant... We chose table service to avoid the wait for a hibachi table. The menu is solidly Japanese, which is a bonus as itâs not cluttered with a variety of other Asian options. Unfortunately, the hibachi service is incredibly loud which causes the wait staff to have to ask for us to constantly repeat our orders. My husband and I shared a California roll, I ordered vegetable tempura and he had a noodle dish. The roll was fine. Not impressively tasty, but decent. The cooked center was minced rather than solid which led to an odd texture. My husband said his noodles were very soft, but the dish was tasty. My tempura was a mixed batch - the sweet potato was perfectly cooked by the broccoli was burnt and the zucchini was tender and excellent. I also had fried rice which was just white rice fried with a tiny bit of onion you could see but not taste. Overall, it was just a very average restaurant.

Nice buffet with large selection including a sushi bar and Mongolian grill, and they serve alcohol. You can special order different items not on the buffet, including authentic Chinese food. On Friday and Saturday they have crab and other seafood. They also have a ToGo drive thru pick-up lane, and they deliver. I know they also do catering and can provide a nice set up for large groups of people, events, weddings, meetings, etc.
