The name is reputedly a corruption of the Scottish "wee burn," referring to a small creek. The city is surrounded by the Rural Municipality of Weyburn No. 67.

This is a Chinese food family restaurant. While the food was pretty typical, but not wonderful, the way they serve it is different. Instead of bringing all the entrees at one time, they bring them out one by one, regardless whose it is. My husband was completely finished with his meal, when I finally got my food.And he had asked for the chow mein with crispy noodles, but got the soft spaghetti type ones instead.

Very clean and comfortable setting, not dark inside as some places are, so you can see what you are eating.The serving sizes are quiet large portions,especially if you get it loaded !! The service is very friendly and accommodating with a smile !!! They visit with you if they are not busy.........I love there loaded beef pitas ! I highly recommend them to everyone !!
