I was recommended to try the chicken Madras here and ask for it hot and spicy and that's exactly what I got. Delicious! - the staff are attentive and friendly. Samosas and papadoms with dips were all very tasty. A good dining experience.

Escaping from Reading Festival and Notting Hill Carnival August bank holiday Saturday we came here to watch Liverpool: Arsenal football match.Enjoying our drinks ( J & T and Fosters ) and our food ( Cheese Burger and Beef in Oyster Sauce ).Service is good as usual.Highly recommended.

We were delighted to find an authentic Indian restaurant in our airport hotel, and though it was expensive, the food was excellent. We started with poppadums and dips then had veggie pakora and tandoori scollops. For mains we had a prawn curry and dhal and creamed spinach. All wonderfully strong and clean flavours and more than enough to fill us up. Absolutely the worst restaurant I have ever been in - rude staff - microwaved supermarket curry brought to the table 30 seconds after ordering - tasteless gunk - and to add insult to injury my wife paid on her credit card and after we left they charged it to the room again (do not give them your room number when you go in it's a ruse to charge you twice) - I would rather eat broken glass than eat here again - just don't eat here you have been warned Hello Dave M,Thank you for taking time to leave us a candid review about Crowne Plaza London Heathrow. We visited one Friday lunchtime and had the crab bao, bbq pork bao and chicken bao, all with salad. All a were thoroughly enjoyable. Next time we're going to try the two Bao deal. Food was freshly cooked and served on interesting plates. Our tea was served in cups and saucers made up to look like flowers, very nice. We tried a variety of the teas and all were very nice and refreshing. The staff are very friendly and welcoming. We would definitely go back. I would recommend this little gem to everyone. One point to remember though, they only take cash.

Zayani is very convenient as it is in the say walking distance of many of the hotels that people use when stopping over pre/post flying from Heathrow. Despite this, the food is reasonably priced, has a good variety of dishes and the service is personable.

We have not been here since some timesEnjoyed going back.Luckily we managed to find a table on this fully booked busy Saturday evening ( around 19:30 ). The chef special salad is very tasty.Followed by the papadam bread with the tasty various dips.Then the mains ( chicken biryani , lamp Spinach , butter chicken & tandoori chicken ). The usual good service.

Would have given higher rating if not for the bad customer service. On arrival, we were taken to a table but we noticed there was loads of food on the seats. Requested the seat to be cleaned, which the waiter did by wiping away the food on to the floor. The seat was still oily so I just changed the chairs myself. Would have been nice if the seats were wiped properly. Ordered the family mixed grill, which was perfect. Received the bill quickly but I was shown the card machine even before looking at the bill, to which I did tell the waitress"atleast wait for me to check the bill ". Made no difference as the waitress ignored me and stood next to the table holding the card machine at me. Maybe more training in customer service.Dear Amit,Thank you for taking time to review our services. Unfortunately, some times we get so busy that all 200 seats downstairs are taken and some of the 180 Lounge seats on the first floor are taken too. While this is not an excuse sometimes guests leave their tables with a lot to clear and every now and then we miss something. For this I sincerely apologise and hope you will come back again.Also, with regards to your bill scenario I will definitely talk to the team and retrain new members of staff to ensure guests do not feel uncomfortable. However, as its really busy at Gifto's we usually take the card PDQ machine when we take the bill to the guest.Sorry for any inconvenience caused. Next time you are visiting Gift's please ask for me so that I can arrange for your stay to be a much more pleasurable and momentous experience.Warm RegardsSunny

Two American friends - passing through town - wanted to know the best place to eat Indian food.I travelled clear acrosss London to take them here. It was well worth it. The service - by the charming, ever-so-efficient FRANCO - was terrific; the atmosphere buzzy and friendly; the comfort levels and facilties are first rate. But it's the food that's the star. Succulent chicken, prawn and meat specialities that melt in the mouth. Try their special poppadom starters with unusual dips too. US - and UK - were impressed!!
