This "city," which would have been the largest and most populous in Pasco County, never materialized.

We've generally been disappointed in Florida Chinese food which is not like we were used to in the northeast. After 5 years in FL, we had pretty much given up on those memories. After a recent move to Wesley Chapel, we spotted this place near a Target store and ordered a variety of takeout. We were impressed. Not exactly New York style Chinese but very close. The best we've had so far in the Tampa area. The fried rice was actually fried rice (not white rice with a little soy sauce mixed in), the spare ribs were very tasty and tender. Simple stir-fried veggies were even good. We will definitely return for a "deeper" dive of the menu. Give this place a shot, you will be pleased. They do have a few tables to eat in but this is mostly a takeout joint....

Decent food and very fresh with typical prices. Happened upon while driving around. Two things 1) spent time questioning the waitress about vegetable content of our desired dishes before ordering due to food allergies. When food brought out had BOTH forbidden items in each dish. Need better informed staff. Dishes were rectified but found it irritating waitress didn't know and didn't catch it before being served. She seemed surprised when we pointed it out to and requested the dishes be sent back. 2) Tea wasn't timely delivered so didn't steep long enough before we were through with our meal.

Was in the mood for Japanese so we found this restaurant while in the Wesley Chapel area. The prices were reasonable for this style of restaurant and we all agreed the food was good - not outstanding, but good. We did not eat at the Hibachi tables as the wait was too long for them. Down side: all staff, especially our waiter, were frantic and seemed overworked. Probably would not return if in the area again.

How refreshing to find such a great place for good food in a small section of a strip mall along Wesley Chapel, Blvd. What sets their food apart is the freshness and commitment to quality and consistency. I love the sweet and sour choices and all of dishes offer you the choice of your own protein or veggies. You can also dial up the heat to fit your palate. There is not a lot of sitting space in the restaurant and 85% of Arroy's clients are take out. If you like Thai food, let Thy cook for you!

Had a fantastic Sunday dinner.Every thing I tried was very tasty.I was super hungry so this place was my destination for dinner.The place was well staffed.Lots of fabulous dishes.Great pricing.Super clean an open .I would recommend this place if you and family are looking to have a great meal with family and friends .

The Thai food was good, a little pricey and somewhat cramp for seating; however, servers had a little bit of an attitude and no matter the quality of the food the waitron makes the dining experience hence we're done and won't be returning. Other Thai places we will return to without the attitude or fluff.

From the moment you are greeted until the moment the food arrives, you will NOT be disappointed here. The rolls are fresh and reasonable for the old hold outs (California, vegetarian, etc.). You will pay more for specialty rolls, but that is to be expected at any sushi restaurant. The people are super nice and cannot do enough for you. Well worth the visit.
