Bop N Sushi was excellent. We came here on a weeknight so it was not crowded. We ordered a couple rolls and the chicken teriyaki entree. Everything was very good. The dancing shrimp and Philadelphia rolls were great, as was the miso soup. The chicken teriyaki was flavorful and delicious. You get 10% off if you pay with cash. Great stop if you want sushi in Bergen County.

Let's start from the beginning,This place was suggested to us by a friend as a pretty decent sushi place in Ridgewood. I have to agree with him on this but then again I had expected a little better in terms of quality of the food.But first things first. Came here on Tuesday night for dinner. The place was packed, so the level of expectation became sky high even though the place is right next to the train station. So we sat down expecting great food and great service. Gotta mention that service was actually great, fast, polite, no nonsense. But food seemed somewhat mediocre considering the number of people that are passing through the place given a full house on a Tuesday night. Me and my wife both ordered Sashimi B (16 pcs) of Sashimi with no white tuna but it seems that Tuna is the fish of choice, where as I would have expected more variety like Mackerel instead of Albacore. And the fish seemed to have that "frozen aftertaste" though it wasn't as prominent as some of the other places I had a chance to visit.Overall I would say this is a good place to visit and I think after the renovations that they were closing for it may be better but it still needs a little bit of improvement.

WE dined at their sister restaurant in Creekill for may years unil we tired o it. Tried the place in Westwood and it as a refreshing change. The decor is slick modern, the crowd is mature, the noise level is tolerable.The food is very good, the service is friendly and efficient, the menu varied an imaginative....no your average chicken chow mein joint. Also, it's a BYO which is always a plus. $60-75 per couple should cover your tab.

This is without any doubt, THE best Thai ANYWHERE, not just Bergen County or New Jersey. I would give it 6 stars if I could. Iâm very picky about my Thai food, but Iâve found myself coming back to Pimaan times again over the years. And Pimaan never disappoints. This is the benchmark every Thai place is judged against when I travel the world. And none has surpassed Pimaan. From the Duck Basil, to the frog legs, and crispy whole fish. All perfect. BYO wine or beer is just icing on the cake.

Do not let other peoples negative reviews of this restaurant sway you away. It is absolutely worth going to.This restaurant is a little hole in the wall next to the movie theater in Washington Township.The diner like atmosphere is no thrills down to earth eating. The food was excellent and the service was even better. For appetizers we started with of course their spring roles which were light and refreshing served with peanut sauce or their Vietnamese sauce, both excellent. We also had their papaya salad which was wonderfully crisp and refreshing. Hands down the most delicious thing we had for apps was Bánh mì. You have to try the Bánh mì with pork!! It was one of the most amazing things I have had in a long time. For dinner we had the Beef Pho which had an excellent broth and their house special the Bun Thang (available only on weekends). It is a family recipe that they bought to America from Vietnam and you can get now where else in the area.The owners/family are very polite and accommodating to all of your needs. I have to say it has been a very long time since I have seen such amazing customer service. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant in the near future. I would recommend this place to every one. The food is good, the price is right, and the family is wonderful.
