The food still really quite impressive and booked a table albeit at a peak time. The only problem for all for if us was the noise - incredibly loud environment made worse by the sparse wall & floor decor. Genuinely an unpleasant place to eat and I hope they can do something to make the acoustic better. But other than that polite service and great food - take ear defenders?

Cardamon is a wonderfully versatile restaurant which has hosted many high profile events including corporate dinners and social gatherings, cultural experiences and charity events. We maintain high standards & always thrive to making improvements where ne
Visited Cardamom for dinner with my wife and son on 10th October on the strength of the Trip Advisor reviews. Unfortunately, our experience was not great. Spiced popadoms didnât seem fresh, and were fairly rubbery, and the relish medley at £3.50 was underwhelming. Our starters were undercooked, with some of the vegetables being inedible, and the chicken in our mains was over cooked. The âcurry sauceâ that accompanied my wifeâs biryani, was just a congealed lump of veg. Needless to say, we never bothered with desserts. While the staff were very pleasant, we had to ask that the deposit we paid when making the internet booking, be taken off the bill. Surely, this should have been done automatically. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience.Dear J407AIdavidf,Thank you very much for your feedback, it is very important for us to understand our guests by having their reviews - both positives and negatives and improve our service and food accordingly. I would like to thank you for choosing our restaurant to spend your evening with your wife and son, your review shows that you didn't have a pleasant experience...however I can assure you that this does not usually happen at Cardamon, We do our best to give customers a great experience, as soon as any issues come to our attention we take necessary steps to rectify them, please accept our heartfelt apology as this wasnât brought to our attention otherwise the staff or management would have dealt with the issues immediately. If you would like to speak to someone about this matter you are also welcome to do so anytime after 5 pm

The Raj is a friendly Indian restaurant, serving fine, traditional cuisine to Culcheth for 15 years. Whether your just looking for a mid-week meal, or celebrating something special, The Raj is the place to be.
My favourite food is Indian cuisine so we decided to go to the Raj for a meal. What a great find. Contemporary decor, smart, clean lines. Staff were very smart, knowledgeable about the menu and very helpful. We loved our food, it was tasty. Strange that there was no warming plate to keep the curry warm? One criticism would be that too much time is spent socialising with regulars. This made us feel a little awkward. Spread the love guys. If you want return business make us feel like we want to come back.

Went here for an early dinner on a recommendation from a friend.Nice Thai restaurant (thougH also does takeaways, so the staff very distracted by orders on the phone & people popping in & out all the time...), & lots of choice across the menu. One dish came out completely wrong, but replaced nice & quick with minimal fuss & no face pulling (a novelty!).Enjoyed it

We really enjoyed our Wasabi experience on Saturday night . There were 10 of us and fitted perfectly around one of the Teppanyaki stations. We selected the âRoyalâ set menu choice which consisted of spring roll starter, prawn and fillet steak main with rice and veg and ice cream or panocotta dessert. The food was really delicious! The chef was professional and fun and we had the normal fire and games around the grill which everyone enjoyed! The only slight moan was after the starters and main we were moved to another table to finish our experience/ desserts. I totally understand that the restaurant need to free the grill areas for other customers, it just seemed a little rushed as we had only been sat there an hour. There was a slight mix up with bill but staff seemed to sort it out eventually. We will return but people just need to know that you do have to leave the grill area, quite quickly after you have had your main . To be honest it was good to mix up the group and sit with other people, so wasnât a massive issue. Just different from other restaurants for obvious reasons ! Many thanks x

We ate here on a Sunday lunch and I was very impressed. To be honest i would find it hard to fault. Service was good, food was excellent, wine and beer selection was good. Nice clean establishment and we were made to feel very welcome. Would not hesitate in recommending this place to anyone. The fillet steak wraps are divine. Never heard of them previously, but we worth sampling!! Probably the best chinese in the North West ?

This was my second visit to The Little Box of Treats, albeit the last one was sometime ago. I was very impressed then & I was glad to find that this restaurant was just a good as last time. The four of us has various starters (pawn crackers & spring rolls) & then for man courses had an assortment of vermicelli & noodle dishes which were absolutely delicious. The food was fresh, well presented & tasty. We were too full for deserts but had coffee's. The bill was very reasonable. The staff are friendly & efficient. It was a pity we were so full as the cakes on display looked very appetising. A lovely afternoon was had & I hope to return soon. NB. The premises are only small so table reservation is advised.

Set within the impressive Cameo Cinema building on Springfield St., Warrington Mr Lau's Dim Sum Bar + Restaurant is a revolution to Chinese cuisine. Mr Lau's uses a traditional Peking cooking style, acquired through the founder's rich culinary experience.
The mood lighting, intimate tables, fabulous cocktails and heavenly food mean Mr Lau's is our favourite place to visit on date night. The staff are friendly and know the menu well enough to offer their suggestions based on your likes, so I always try things I wouldn't normally take a risk on!They never falter on food quality or cocktail quality - we've never come away feeling anything other than love for this place. We tried the Confused Duck the first time we ate here and neither of us have ordered a different main meal since - it's a revelation!
