My husband and I walked over from the Airport Inn to have a late lunch. The hosts were very welcoming. As soon as we had ordered our meal we were served a complimentary bowl of delicious soup. They serve a variety of food including Asian and American, from seafood to sandwiches to steak to pizza and burgers. I had a cold beef sandwich and it was more than I could eat as it was loaded with slices of roast been. The only thing I would recommend is a good cleaning of the upholstery and throughout the restaurant.

Great restaurant with a mix of American & Japanese food. Open late. Friendly staff.
My husband and I ate 1 meal at this restaurant. While the server and hostess were quite friendly I found the restaurant in need of deep cleaning inside and out. The restaurant is quite dark inside. We were served a "welcoming" bowl of soup that was quite tasty. I ordered a chicken sandwich and assumed it would be chicken served on toasted bread but instead it was a crispy fried chicken patty on a bun. My husband ordered the Osaka burger which was so immense that he actually had to eat it with knife and fork. The Osaka burger consists of 2 patties, lettuce, tomato, pickles, grilled onions, bacon, ham and Swiss and american cheese.

This place was recommended to us by an employee of the Inupiat Heritage Center. It was a couple of blocks away. We walked-no big deal. I ordered the fish and chips. My family ordered burgers of some kind. The burgers were good. I would skip the fish and chips if i were you. Service was good. Our server was friendly and was happy simply to talk to us about herself and her life in Barrow, which was nice. I get the idea this is a place locals eat, even though it is not near other eateries. The menu also included lots of Asian food. Would i go back if I ever returned to Barrow? Even though there appear to be a lot of eating establishments in Barrow, I think we would return.
