We ate there with a a party of 4. Later that night myself and one other person out of our party got gastroenteritis and were sick with severe cramps, nausea and diarrhea. That meal was the only thing we both ate together all day, there was no other possible culprit. The illness lasted for days and forced me to postpone a planned vacation. I won't touch Indian food for the next 30 years, just the thought of it makes me sick now. Either the food at Sitara bad or the kitchen hygiene. Absolutely horrid. And we paid 25 Euros a plate for days of misery.

I had dinner here one night - the crispy duck - and enjoyed it so much I went back the next night for the same dish. But please don't think that there was only one dish worth eating, it was just I like duck and I don't often have it. It was a good portion size, and served on a bed of fresh and crunchy wok-fried vegetables, each portion freshly prepared so that individual dietary requirements can be met (such as no mushrooms).There was a good selection on the menu, plus sushi. There were many things I would have enjoyed eating apart from the duck. There is a also a good selection of drinks, including wine by the glass.The second night the lady who runs the place remembered my order (food and drinks) from the previous night which did rather impress me.

Been to this place repeatedly - always great Asian food at very reasonable prices. I particularly enjoy their wok dishes and curries, but also the starters are very good.
