My mom and I arrived at China Inn on Friday night at 8:45 p.m. This restaurant is open until 9:00 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Otherwise, it is open until 8:30 p.m., though it is closed on Monday. The extensive menu states that there are "no substitutions." But for just $1.00 more, substitutions are allowed. It is well worth the extra dollar to get the food you want to eat. And speaking of food, the meal was delicious with large portions. Because of our late arrival, we were here until 9:35 p.m. We were the last ones eating, but never felt rushed. All the staff encountered were courteous and friendly. When we left, we spoke with the owners, Tony and Sylvia. It was funny since my mom's name is also Sylvia. I left a well deserved $5.00 tip on the table. When in the Tulare area, I will again be eating at China Inn.

For a fast food chain we found this to be very attentive and extremely fresh food.The food was hot. And very nice to see brown rice as an alternative.Very fresh...quick and nice staff.good location and hours are good.Long lines are assisted very quickly.

I was a loyal customer of this restaurant since it opened. I will NEVER visit it again. Th quality of the food has grown consistently more erratic over the last year. The service has deteriorated even more. Unknown to me they recently stopped including wasabi and ginger in to go orders. When I opened the bag at home I called to talk to the manager but instead of an apology I was told by an employee I had refused ginger and wasabi and the manager was "too busy" to talk to me. AND "if I hadn't touched the food" I could drive 10 minutes back for a refund. They obviously don't need my business so I will not be returning.
