Wara sushi train at Willows in Townsville is one of the top sushi places we have visited. The selection is great with most dishes garnished with such a detail you can not find in many other sushi trains. The California Roll (with fresh Crab meat) was fantastic and so were the various Salmon Nigiri and Aburi. Will definitely be back when in Townsville.

Casual dining Vietnamese restaurant in North Ward. Dine in or take away. Reservations are welcome.
Visited Lotus Siagon today in Townsville OMG such a little treasure tucked away behind a shopping centre but wow what a find. The food was delicious and i mean delicious. Full of authentic vietamese flavours, fresh and every bite just a mouthful of delicious fresh homemade food. We loved our lunch meal so much that we stayed in townsville and waited for them to open for dinner and brought takeaways to have for tonight and Tommorrow honestly do yourself a favour dont go past this place, you wont regret it, service and friendliest is at the top of the scale and chatting with the head chef confirmed the pride they take and excellence of their knowledge in food preparation. A all new favourite for us now

Thai Smile House is a relaxed centrally located Thai restaurant and take-away, right beside the Warrina Cinemas on Bayswater Road, in front of OTTO's Arcade. Priding ourselves on serving authentic Thai cuisine, we strive to deliver the best dining experie
We've now been to Thai Smile on two occasions and each time we've come away incredibly impressed. Not only is the food delicious, fresh and well presented, it comes at a budget price. Also impressed by the staff - always so friendly and helpful and also great to see some young kids being given a chance. Their young crew, whilst a little inexperienced and uncertain, remain friendly and polite and ever willing to help out and check on things. To be honest, given the quality and price, I'm surprised they're not packed out every time we visit. #DoYourselfAFavour!!!Hi Mark,Very humbled by your review. Some of our staff are young and learning, but feedback such as this encourages them to rise further. i will share this with our staff.Food wise, we aim to provide an authentic Thai experience, at a price that is affordable in the current economic environment. WOM (Word of mouth) and YELP (yell out loud people) is our best advertising we can afford, so we do encourage gossip about us. We hope to see you again soon. Cheers,Thai with a smile.

Please come to visit Vietnam Colour Restaurant, where you will be professionally served. Please, remember we are well known globally for such dishes as: Pho (Beef noodle soup), Goi Cuon (Fresh rice paper roll), Bun Bo Hue (Hue rice noodle soup), Bun Cha H
Not that you have a lot of choice for a nice hearty bowl of PhỠin Townsville, but at Vietnamese Color (in Stockdale Kmart building) it is quite good. If you intend to return for more, sign up the membership to get a 5% discount. They also have other dishes such as Rice paper rolls, Bún bò Huế, Pork rice etc... which I will try next time :)

Our recent lunch at Sakana was disappointing to say the least. We decided to share the medium set - which includes sashimi, futomaki and nigiri. For $58 we were expecting exceptional quality considering the quantity wasn't too large.Unfortunately the futomaki (sushi) tasted dry and lacking flavour. The nigiri were requested to be scorched (aburi) and agreed upon, while only 4 of the 6 pieces were scorched. The sashimi was delicious and tasted fresh, in particular the tuna was fantastic.Between slow service, especially on being seated (stood at the entry way for 3-4 minutes) with only 6 other diners present in the restaurant, and the unpleasant body odour coming from the waiter, this will be our last visit to Sakana for the forseeable future.Hi Will,Thanks for letting us know of your disappointing experience at Sakana. I can only extend my sincere apologies. This is not our norm, and of course I am very upset the you did not have the great dining experience that we expect. To make amends and allow you to enjoy the exceptional dining experience we always strive for, I would like to offer you a $60 voucher for you to enjoy in Sakana. If you text me on 0412 094 998 so I can provide you with voucher,Look forward to hearing back from you,Regards Jon (owner)

Shorehouse is on Townsvilleâs most iconic location, the Strand showcasing panoramic views across Cleveland Bay to Magnetic Island. Focusing on fresh locally sourced produce with intention to share. Sit and watch the world go by on our glorious deck in cas
My daughter brought me because she had eaten at the restaurant before. Special deal on Tuesday and we had the sharing plates. Dumplings and spring rolls very good and chicken and beef cheek also good but we could not finish it all. The waitress asked if we wanted a box to take the leftovers home which we did. Nice position on the Strand looking out to sea and a very relaxing experience.

Dropped in here for takeaway with 4 people and grabbed half a dozen mixed entrees and mains and cannot fault the flavours within these meals. Love the Precint store as well and was great to see the same flavours within both stores...

Had dinner here with the family while visiting Townsville. The food was great and fresh and the servings generous, although service was slow.We enjoyed the Sukiyaki very much but wouldnât have it again. While the serving was large enough for three or four smaller serves, the cost of $66 was over the top for slices of beef, vegetables and broth. Itâs also worth noting itâs listed as $33 for the Black Angus on the menu but as you can only order for a minimum of 2 people, it should really be listed as $66).

The first Lao and Thai Restaurant in Townsville. Blending the fresh, zesty flavors of Laos with the classic sweet and sour flavors of Thailand.
Nice decor and very friendly service. Perfect starter in the Spiced Chicken Sausages....beautifully presented and great flavour. Unfortunately the mains were very bland....hard to tell which was which as even the ginger dish lacked and distinct flavour. The chicken in both mains was on the dry side which is unusual in a stir fry.
