Not a place to eat-in...kinda junky. We patronize all of the Chinese places on Fischer...each one makes certain things best. No.1 is very good. Also very friendly. All Chinese have become too expensive though...eight or ten dollars per entree now. So people may cut down on visits.Behind the Burger King. # ZZ

Vietnamese Restaurant
Surprisingly to find this small hidden gem for some authentic Vietnamese food in Toms River. The noodle soup that I ordered was delicious, but the portion was a bit smaller comparing with other similar Pho noodle places I visited. The price was average. I would go back for more ...

Food is always good. Service is too fast. We usually get halfway through our appetizer when our entrees are brought out. I have spoken to the management about this before. Still no change. Also a trip would not be complete if we didnt get bothered every time by pesky flys. I dont know why this place has so many flys.

Fresh, tasty sushi prepared quickly! I pho Ned in my order for miscellaneous rolls and left home (about a 10-minute drive away). The sushi was ready upon my arrival. Gracious counter ladies. All rolls are 50% off too! (Who can beat that?) I love this place!

Been here multiple times with experiences being different. This time service was horrible! Waitor was unattentive, and others do not speak English. Food was very bland and as result prefer to try others places in the future.

Whether you are looking for a fine upscale dining experience in their dining room or a fun night out on their outside deck with music and dancing, this is the place to be. It is right on the golf course but it is open to the public. Locals congregate there all the time. It doesn't matter if you're going to eat a four course meal or stop in for sushi rolls and drinks. The food is fresh and Kevin, the Manager, is always so friendly and accomodating.

This place is great if you're a person on the go. The take out price can't be beat. Pick what you want from the many varieties of foods and put it in a to- go container. The cashier will weigh it and prices range from 5.99 and up per pound. If you eat in many choices from soup, appetizers, entrees, to my favorite- the red jello. Super firm, cold and delicious.

Trust me, this is a good restaurant.
Siam Spice in Toms River is the best Thai food in the area. Maybe the best in the state. Had dinner last night. Reservations are definitely recommended for the weekend nights. Itâs gets busy but not overly crowded. Itâs a small venue but the food is amazing and the servers work hard. I recommend the pan Thai noodles with shrimp and the spicy creamy soup. Amazing.

New restaurant where Ava's by the bay was.
usually the food is great but on this night the entrees were uneatable. first my wife ordered general tsos chicken/shrimp with brocolli instead of peppers. i ordered general tsos shrimp/scallops. her meal comes out loaded with peppers and even had scallops in it which she doesnt eat. it was beyond spicy hot where you felt your lips were burning. couldnt eat it. mine had chicken it, the scallops were never coated and were the size of nickels when in the past i always got the big scallops. mine was also too spicy hot and uneatable. manager girl came over, first blaming waittress which it wasnt her fault, she didnt cook the stuff. then she tries telling me the scallops shrunk. sent it all back and left. made sure to tell manager on way out door our anniversary dinner was ruined
